$37 dollars to pay rent online is too much. Just as they are so efficient at charging, they should be at fixing what is broken. I have been waiting for 3 months for them to fix my washing machine.

Paid rent in November they said no I have proof in my bank threw me in collection now when I moved out this place trying to charge me $4000 for supposably damages when I have pictures of how I left the apt now I have my documents all ready for my lawyer on this collection they all lie here and kept my deposit. Good luck hope you guys continue lying. And don't put my dead grandma in collections. These apartments are sick to even do that when I took in a death certificate. Let's see how this goes now you guys need to be shut down . I lived here for almost 10 years and I called the collection guy and he laughed and said how do they expect that apt to be looking brand new and charging you thay much and he is helping me with this case. Because even the collections thought these apartments were a joke . Shut down these Apts asap all they do is take everyone's deposits when they move. And charge everyone random damage charges when they never remolded nothing in these Apts and everything is broken in those Apts and no maintence knows how to do their job. The price of these Apts are ridiculous 🙄

It's the worst apartments ever.
There are no maintenance or repairs from them, and there are insects and a foul smell.

I am utterly appalled by the abysmal conditions and neglectful management of this establishment. It is beyond comprehension that despite numerous complaints, none of the issues with the appliances have been addressed, calls have gone unanswered, and the living conditions have deteriorated to the point of infestation. The presence of bed bugs, scorpions, and cockroaches is not only unacceptable but poses a serious health hazard.Furthermore, the blatant disregard for tenant rights, attempts to unfairly charge fines, and invasion of privacy in an attempt to withhold deposits are nothing short of despicable and shady practices. This level of incompetence and deceit is utterly reprehensible, and it is clear that urgent action is needed to rectify these egregious violations.It is imperative that immediate steps are taken to address these concerns and ensure the well-being and safety of all residents. This establishment must be held accountable for its deplorable actions and necessary measures must be taken to rectify the situation.

I would like you to take some time to read this, the apts are fine, the people who work in the office are the most ordinary people, especially the morning lady, she is a thief without shame, rasita, arrogant, haughty and very unprofessional, but especially a thief, it is not fair that They stop doing things that don't make sense like charging you $50 to deliver a piece of paper to your door, the tow truck takes your cars and then sends them to Gilbert and people pay $300 to take them away, apart from losing a day of work and when the residents They need something, she responds haughtily, please read this and if you want signatures for that old woman to leave, we can collect them, we will report them to Telemundo, Facebook and all social networks.

Went in to the office today for information on a one bed room apparent for myself and even tho they had nothing available both Gracie and Brianna provided executional costumer service and I will be sure to come back when a apartment is available for me, I highly recommend this complex, thank you for your time Gracie and Brianna I truly appreciate you
