Dissatisfied with my visit at the fuel pump today. I drove to a pump on the opposite side of vehicle (because it usually reaches). The pump had not registered that the pump was returned to end sale, so it was not ready for the next customer. I tried to fix it with no luck. I waived an attendant over, and he just stared at the screen for a few seconds (like its going to just correct its self). After a bit he did some button work and got it refreshed and working. Then for some reason the hose didn't reach my car and I have never had an issue previously. The attendant held the pump while I moved closer. it still didn't reach? The attendant told me that "the pump wasn't designed for a far reach.." I'm visually comparing the hose to the pump next to the one I was at and mine seemed shorter? The attendant told me the company is shortening the hoses? So, okay. why didn't you tell me it wasn't going to reach before I moved my vehicle? I was so annoyed that I just left without getting gas. I was only saving about 3 bucks filling up there.

Great place to get fuel for gasoline vehicles. Get in and out fast. Prices are better than most other places. My only complaint is they don't have diesel, I've been to other Sam's club fueling stations, and that has diesel.

I appreciate the cheaper gas, but your pumps suck. Half the time they say my card isn’t associated with my membership which makes zero sense. Attendants are rude half the time or avoid you when you’re asking for help.

Please upgrade your OLD gas pumps. They are terrible. Line for gas are out to the street, ALWAYS has several pumps not working, no attendant working, this is getting very old ! I gas up every other day and I am thinking about switching to Costco if this doesn't improve soon !!

I was in the area so I thought I would stop by this location. Much busier than the Surprise location I am used to. They still kept things flowing smoothly. It really bums me put when we find a staple for our home in grocery or toiletries and they disappear. That is Sam's Club across the board. I appreciate the good deals though I am not sure if I really benefit much after the annual membership fee as we don't eat out of thr box as much as other families do so we don't really purchase as much as others. I do have a Sam's Club credit card. I love the cash back bonuses you get the first year which makes us $50 a month cash back we can use on Sam's Club purchases. Besides staples my favorite part is the center of the store, where all the decor, toys and books are. Though I wish they offered more and we didn't always run into the same ol same ol. Store is always clean and organized for being so busy. Spacious isles and friendly employees. You can get some really good deals. Keep an eye out for the sales as well

My visit on Monday was a waste of gas since the lines were coming out of the gas parking area onto the store parking even blocking the exit. I left and returned early Tuesday which was better.
It seems that when they were designing the Same Gas staions they miscalculated how popular the Sam's gas would become. Perhaps at that time, the other gas providers had the same prices. Too often the lines are reminiscent of the 70s gas lines. If you're on empty, be careful, you can burn off what's left in the tank while waiting in line, in the heat, running the a/c.
I can also count on one hand the times I've been able to get a left side pump. I usually end up pulling the hose over the car. I'm grateful that they have the stretch pump hoses since many gas stations don't.
You rarely have an attentive attendant. If you need help you usually have to leave your car and go to them. As time goes by the gas discount gets smaller but for right now, it seems that membership is the better option.

Terrible customer service at the bakery ordered a cake and the day we went to pick it up it wasn't even ready and they said they couldn't find the cake and the name was written all over it. Don't order from them

Terrible gas pumps, seriously need those things updated. The processes takes such a long time, it's too hot to be fidgeting around, the barcode on the app didn't work.

Tire center has horrible customer service. I had to go back after they changed out the defective valve stems that they installed only to have to go back yet again because they did not re-balance my tires.
