I used Sam Warda to secure a home loan in Northern Arizona. Sam not only is a hard worker but helped me secure the best deal possible and looked for ways to save me money. He was a great communicator and I felt really well informed during the entire process. Sam also is genuinely a great guy and was super pleasant to work with. Everyone prepared me that the home buying process is tedious and “not fun”. I’ll say, Sam and his team were the exact opposite. They were extremely friendly, insanely responsive and made the process EASY. As a first time buyer I was always comfortable and informed every step of the way, and could not have asked for a better process. Sam and his team are the best and I truly couldn’t say enough great things about them. Would recommend a million times over.

Sam is the Man. I have reached out to him on three different occasions. Each time he returned my calls promptly and made me feel completely comfortable as if I was his only client.
