Am Africa and I always thought going to salons run by my people was the absolute best but I got my hair failing like that Arizona rain then I just decided to cut it off so I went to salon Esprit and met a wonderful lady who explained that cutting my hair in this heat will give hard time for maintenance instead she trimmed & treated my hair and by the time I left I couldn't believe how my hair was beautiful again. She's professional and very compassionate to her customers and her profession. I am so grateful for the work she did and since them I go to only her. ❤️

Went in for a full highlight, was questioned by Margarita on how recently I had my hair done, she didn't want to accept my answer of 8 weeks, she basically seemed like she didn't want to deal with my hair so late in the day! She was adamant that all I needed was a toner, I basically agreed as I started to realize that I didn't want her to do anything more to my hair since her level of interest was so poor and I had a major family event happening in a matter of days and had no time to shop around, she then cut my hair, it's completely crooked, an obvious half inch difference on from my left compared to right! When I told her I parted my hair on the right she said uh huh and kept cutting it randomly! I didn't want to go back at all to have her fix it! She then curled my hair, never asked how I wanted it styled! I wasted $75 for a crapy cut and toner that faded in two washes! Stay away from salon! Level of customer service is left to be desired! I've sucked it up the past few weeks and now looking to go to someone who wants customers!
