I unfortunately paid them $7,400 to install solar on my Class B motorhome which is my primary residence. Within 2 days of install the entire system shorted causing irreparable damage to the victron inverter and other major components.I took it to another specialist to have it repaired. That specialist was astonished by how many electrical hazards he found throughout the system including high voltage unprotected live wires through the sharp metal frame of the motorhome above my 35 gallon gas tank.By the end of his evalutaion: The entire electrical system had to be rebuilt. It costed $4800 to repair the damage they did to my motorhome. They initially offered to pay for the bill and offered a partial refund but when they saw the repair bill they back tracked.they are now refusing to pay the full bill.It has fallen on me to pay it.They also have never given me any sort of refund as promised

I paid RV Master Techs $7,345.18 for them to place solar electrical system in my class b motorhome. It shorted within 2 days of install causing the complete destruction of the Victron inverter and other major components. I had someone else do the repairs. The people who repaired it were ASTOUNDED by how severely dangerous, potentially life threatening with high risk of electrocution and deadly electrical fires. It has taken $4,815 to repair the damages **** caused!!! They continue to deny responsibility. DO NOT GO TO THEM unless you want to put your motorhome/RV and your life in danger by their horrible negligence.

They were honest and got the job done on time and at fair price. Showed me something else that had to be fixed and got it repaired. The shop up the street wanted to charge me 3 hrs labor just to take a tire off and put it back on.

Well let me just start off by saying, these guy's Eric, Jeff & the Techs are all FANTASTIC. I've finally found a RV place that does it all & doesn't ask for a Blood donation with the bill. We own a 2019 Tiffin Open Road 32SA, & I've had the dash screwed back down with deck screws, Safe-T-Plus shock installed, took our Jeep TrailHawk in & they installed all the towing kits on it. Base plates, brake system, led light kit & a battery charger kit. In fact, I tried to save some money on the base plates, they were welded backwards. So, I bought the kit from RV Master Tech & they ended up saving me over $60.00. The tech taught me how to hook up, & unhook, he then went for a ride with me to make sure I was comfortable towing the jeep behind me before I left. Eric, Jeff & their whole crew are Honest & good people & they stand behind everything they do. RV Master Tech will be my RV go-to place as long as I own a RV. Thank you, guys, for everything you do, and keep up your FANTASTIC WORK & CUSTOMER SERVICE.... Robert B.

I spoke with Jason to arrange bringing in my 1992 Toyota motorhome for an upgrade from three, 100 Ah AGM batteries to one, 400 Ah lithium battery. Shane (the tech) also recommended and installed a compatible battery isolation manager (BIM) and battery monitor (the latter of which I can read via a mobile app). He explained the completed system and showed me how everything worked, including the app. So far, I am very impressed with my upgraded system! My previous batteries were just 3.5 years old, but they were drawing too low in the winter and on cloudy days, so I had to plug into shore power more than I liked. With the upgrades, I've so far been able to leave the inverter on all night and use electric appliances early in the morning, which have barely made a dent in battery power before the sun comes up. Thank you, Jason and Shane, for your kind and expert service! I'm looking forwarded to years of boondocking without the anxiety I would get from over-taxed batteries!

DANGER!! STAY AWAY!!I unfortunately paid them $7,400 to install solar on my Class B motorhome which is my primary residence. They put high voltage unprotected live wires through the sharp metal frame of the motorhome above my gas tank.Super dangerous!! See photo below! No fuses for the DC to DC charger or solar charger. Insufficient breakersNo emergency shut off.Multiple equipment and parts shorted within 2 days of install including the Victron 2000va inverter. This happened as I was leaving to New York for a contracted nursing job. When I discussed this with them and asked for a partial or full refund, Eric the owner said I was being a "pain in their ass."But he eventually offered to remedy the situation by paying for repairs and the install of new parts. Eric said he wouldn't do a full refund but promised to give some financial reimbursement to me for the inconveniences. They referred me to a specialist 5 hours out of my way across the countryThat Specialist was astonished by the gross negligence of the original install. When he brought up his safety concerns to RV Master Techs attention they ridiculed him for being "unprofessional" for telling me the true extent of their dangerous install. It took 20 hours of work to fix the damages they did and re-install a working safe system.I ended up missing my first day of work because of it.Repairs costed $4800 and they are now refusing to pay the full bill. It has fallen on me to pay it.They also have never given me any financial reimbursement as promised. To add insult to injury, when rv master techs did the solar install, I had them repair my furnace at that time too. They charged me $560 for the furnace which stopped working 2 weeks after their "diagnosing and repair"

These guys made me feel like family. They took care of my RV, they took care of me, and they provided the best customer service I’ve experienced in 5 years as a full-time RVer.

Been since Oct. But as naive as I am didn't realize I could write a review. Brought my rv in for an oil change. Rather quickly work done very satisfied. But when the rv was brought back to me the was a wire cable hanging down from my upper console behind the display. Stupid me I put it back into the console. Started the rv and was having problems getting a display. Went inside and the guy came out and tapped the screen and it came on. Needless to say this turned out to be a permanent problem and wound up having the camera replaced with a wireless. Did not have them do the work. Won't be visiting their facility again.

RV Master Techs, Glendale AZVery disappointed in RV Master Techs Glendale. They seem very understaffed and we wasted a month and a half for them to adjust our slide-out and under insurance to repair small water leak damage to inside trim and slide out ceiling due to the slide-out misalignment. The owner and staff seem nice enough, however they are disorganized and have trouble scheduling work and delivering. Delay after delay, they did adjust the slide-out misalignment , but could not locate a replacement for the damaged wood trim, and their go-to woodworker either was not able to duplicate the water damaged piece, or the job was too small for them. I gave up on them, pulled my RV from service and had the water damage fixed in a week by another shop. They succeeded in losing my business and recommendation to others in looking for a responsive and expert RV shop. In previous years we've had work conducted by RV Master Techs in reasonable time even though their pricing was at a premium level, but we were satisfied. However this shop has apparently lost the majority of their technical staff and management drive. I would not be surprised if they lose or sell their business in short order.

I spoke with Eric and thankfully made an appointment for my class C RV. I had been having my back passenger tire keep blowing out. I brought in my RV to be looked at and hopefully repair where I could drive it safely. Three of the 4 tires were put on wrong. The inside tire of the dual tire was over an inch taller. This RV has been serviced at least 5 times and the problem wasn’t fixed. They fixed all the tires. Jeff is the amazing mechanic who fixed all my tire problems. He instantly knew what was wrong. Discount tire even sold me the wrong tire. Eric mentioned where I could buy another spare but actually get the correct one.I’m extremely grateful for their honesty, understanding, and their professionalism. I’m safe driving my RV now without worrying about breaking down. I don’t write reviews but with all the bs places that ripped me off didn’t care whether my vehicle was safe to drive. Save your money, your time, and your life. There isn’t too many businesses that work on RVs now that a reputable and honest. This business is the best in all categories. They also have propane for your RV. I hope this review helps someone with their RV.
