Okay. So on the 23rd of May I bought a pair of Skechers here at this location. The day I bought them.....the line was at least 30 people long. Waited forever in a store that was completely dis-sheveled. Piles of clothes and stuff on the floor. I found sneakers with no tag and a bit dirty ...figured I would get a small discount. Got to register, Vanessa could have cared less. Paid whatever made up price , as the line was sooooo long she couldn't price check, so put them in as Nikes for 39.99. Total abuse of store policy. Turns out the heel cup is defective, it pops with every step as the glue between layers seperated. That's why they were there to begin with obviously. I took them back today the 30th, one week later and the manager Olivia, also could care less. I explained I wore them, and the heel is defective, it pops....She argued with me .....said I've been wearing them more than a week. Called me a liar in front of the other customers, and refused store credit.
I want corporate to know you sold me defective merchandise, refused proper service, and called me a liar all over a 39 dollar pair of defective sneakers. Olivia and Vanessa both need re training. And your policy needs re visiting.
As a customer, I would advise shopping at another store....this store is a shambles, terrible inventory....terrible attitudes because the employees are always short staffed here, and Olivia the manager will provide ZERO customer assistance. Frankly....stores need to earn our hard earned money now.....and if this is how you are going to do it....I'll take a long pass on Ross ...there are tons of other options. Avoid this horrible store at all costs.

If u can't put the tags to stop people from Sterling then don't put them this store would take a security tag off sándalo so I can try them on before purchasing .. I want wasted my money at this locación anymore as well as the sunglasses how should we try them on with a security tag on the nose piece ... this ROSS WHAT R U GUYS DOING MAKING US WASTE TIME TO RETURN THINGS BECAUSE WE CANT PROPERLY TRY THINGS ON

Came to this Ross 13 min before close and my husband and I both grabbed what we were coming in for and rushed to checkout which we had a single employee let us know at 5 min until close that there was only 5 min left even though there was actually 10 min until 10 pm... We were in line at 9:59pm at which no point did they tell us we were going to not able to check out if we weren't checked out before 10pm even though we were in line. Then they refused to let us pay for our clothing saying their system would not allow us to purchase our items and we needed to leave. All in all we were out of the store completely by 10:01pm so clearly we couldn't have been trying to check out that late. They have 5+ employees including loss prevention, no one else was in line either so our purchase was the only one that would need to be processed... I understand that people shopping after close is not what anyone wants to deal with when they are trying to get off work and go home but I think given that we were able to have this entire incident done and this post put up by 10:10pm says everything about how much of a burden and how truly we weren't at all asking for much as if we were there 10-15-even 5 min after close. No 1 minute!

I went several times to apply to work and when I finally found my colleague Ramón he told me that they did need personnel and he made the application for me and since then every day he tells me something different, they lie to those who are interested in working or it seems that they choose the many axes that they want to work because no application takes that long and even less than he had told me that by Friday I would be working they should see what happens because it seems ethical to me that people have their papers and want to work and because of an application they cannot pk When they choose the workers, they must see what happens with the application to work in that Rosss

Well I gave Ross a 5 star rating, BUTT I was in pets Mart next door. I have bought many things from Ross department stores BUTT I have not ever been in this Ross BUTT from what I have ever experienced at all other Ross stores is nothing BUTT kindness and ready to help employees,
A great place for some smart young adults to get a head start and work in a fantastic atmosphere

Looking for dog items and found everything i was looking 4. So happy with the prices and quality. Would of spend 4 times as much at a pet store. The cashier being gay . Was funny and very professional. Had a wonderful attitude.

Worst customer service ever. When asking about jewelry they told me I had to get in line to put something aside. Come to find out that it was bull hit. As me and my family are in line to get the item we want we find out that they have already gave it to someone else that was not in line. Ross you should really train your employees better and not just tell one customer one thing then do a whole other thing for a different customer.
