Joe was awesome, I told him the terrible experience I had with 2 other dealerships that told me I was approved with 1000 down and after wasting several hours with them, they went back on their word changing the down payment on me knowing I only had so much time to get a car and one place was trying to sell me a wrecked car that had the front held together by bungee cords!!!
Joe at Rocky's asked me to come in the following morning and sent me several vehicles to choose from, he promised me I would drive off the lot with a nice reliable car, AND I DID!!!
Bell his assistant helped through the whole process, she was very polite professional and knowledgeable, she made sure all documents were in order and made the experience a total pleasure!
I would recommend Rocky's to anyone that may not have perfect credit or limited funds for a down payment, or even if you do! They care about the customer and their needs, not how much money they get from the sale! Your priority and you won't leave disappointed they won't let you! A+ in every area!
