I have gone to ALOT of vape shops and this one is one of the best for sure. I have been to a few different locations and this one is top notch. Customer service is a big deal to me and I have always felt at home coming here. Cameron is always kind and willing to help every time I'm in the store.

Jordyn & Cameron are amazing!! So helpful, always go above and beyond, great customer service, wonderful attitudes, very knowledgeable and always make you feel welcomed from the minute you walk in the door. I would highly recommend Red Star, Jordyn & Cameron!!

Jordyn was incredibly friendly and helpful! She offered a lot of advice and was detailed about products, prices and everything in between. As if that wasn’t enough, she gave me awesome input on the city, safer areas, little tips, things to do, etc. - going so far as making me a list of places to check out. This meant a lot to me as I just moved to Arizona and am definitely a fish out of water. This interaction made me feel more inclined to make the longer drive to this store (opposed to the one I usually go to closer to my home) in the future.Thank you for making my day better Jordyn! Talk about above and beyond??

Staff is always incredibly helpful, polite, and very kind. Never have any issues with their dispo bars and staff is happy to fix any issues. I never go anywhere else.
