I'll start be saying Sanderson Ford Service Department used to be the best. They now are among the worst. Especially because you put your trust into them based off past performance and let your guard down and than they take advantage of you. I had a truck in there ship multiple times for various repairs. They told me they replaced specific parts and after further review realize they didn't. There techs are so hard up to make money on flat rate that they aren't even doing the repairs they say they did. I'd be careful of that. I call them out on it and got some bogus excuses about miscommunication and sorry that it didn't actually get replaced. Bring it back and they will actually do it this time. Total BS as this has happened many times. Now my diesel F250 did not Regen on its own, despite it saying drive to clean and I was on a road trip and had no issue driving for 3 hours at 75mph but it failed to Regen and went into a de-rate of power and check engine light. Took it to Sanderson and all the tech did is manual Regen and billed me. There is a reason it didn't go into Regen and will most likely happen again. This should be a warranty item but technician just hurried through it to make money. Now I have to wait for the technician to have time to have a conversation and instead of scheduling a time I have to have to babysit my phone until they call so we can resolve this BS. Do yourself a favor and take your truck to Miller Ford.

The service was courteous and quick!Salesman Louie Boria was knowledgeable, not pushy, and made us feel very welcome. The car shopping experiences we have been through don't come close to this excellent experience at Sanderson Ford. Thank you!

We drove from Tucson to Sanderson Ford , because there were no plug-in hybrid Ford escapes available in Tucson. We worked with Dan and had a great experience. They were very professional and responsive. We reached the deal on our trade-in and drove home and a beautiful vehicle that we are pleased with, I have no trouble whatsoever recommending Sanderson Ford .

Quick Lane worked out great for me, even without an appointment. James Poe did an excellent job of getting me worked into the schedule and out of there in less than 2 hours, again w/o an appointment. Very pleased with James and the entire crew

To begin, I want to commend Dallas for maintaining professionalism throughout our dealings. My grievances primarily pertain to management as they are the ones to make the decisions on trade-in amounts and proper business practices. During the negotiation for my new vehicle, I was offered thousands less than the KBB value. I was assured that the car would be listed for a certain value that made their trade amount seem reasonable, yet I was disheartened to discover it online for nearly $4,000 more than they said they would list the car for. This shift in information from your team is disconcerting and undermines the trust I initially placed in your company. Having received higher offers elsewhere. I proceeded in good faith, believing I was dealing with an honest establishment. This experience raises ethical concerns about your business practices. I understand that dealers may sell their vehicles for whatever they want, but do not lie to my face to try and rip me off.Furthermore, I mentioned our family's connection to Ford, with a family member and access to an AXZ Plan code. Regrettably, this was never acknowledged during the sale, and when I raised the issue with a manager, I was told it wouldn't have made any difference, as the price offered was already the lowest. Following a conversation with Ford's corporate office, it became clear that this information was not accurate, and the discount should have been honored.Just expected a little better from what's considered a triple crown dealership. Wrote to the president as well as the GM and haven't heard a word back.

I had to purchase new tires. Not one or two but all four . I knew it was time and its been a brutal summer. I went to Sanderson Ford in Glendale. My agent was and will continue to be Ms. Vicky Ferrera. Before my appointment we discussed options over the phone. What kind of tires were best and what specials were on the table. I had a coupon she didn't have. Ms. Vicky said "bring it in and I'll honor it". I felt like I was dealing with someone that was truthful and fair. Agents will smile in your face while taking you for your last dime. Ms. Vicky was kind, patient, and sensitive to my needs.Thank you Ms. Vicky excellent customer service.

They ruined the quick lane by making you go through the service department, very unnecessary and takes longer , I will not go there again. I have been a loyal ford owner since I started driving almost 30 years now .I am starting to question my loyalty to a brand and dealer that makes things more difficult than easier and don’t even get me started about the vehicle recalls where they want to keep my truck for 2 weeks which is very unnecessary and I have to pay for a rental out of my pocket really makes no sense, you guys really should rethink the way you are running your business, whatever happened to doing everything to make the customer happy? Oh well good luck to you guys!Service: Oil change

Based on my interaction with the sales department, I wholeheartedly recommend purchasing a vehicle through this dealership. Charles Agnew, the salesman, was incredibly helpful and attentive to my preferences without any pushy up-selling. Sanderson Ford outperformed all other quotes I received across multiple states, offering exceptionally reasonable pricing. This was one of the least stressful car-buying experiences I've had, whether from Ford or any other brand. I strongly advise you to avoid the less-experienced, immature sales staff in the greater Phoenix area (I've encountered them all) and instead reach out to Mr. Agnew at Sanderson Ford for a truly pleasant experience.

What happened to the world where you can go to a “quick lane” service and actually get service? I arrived here around 11:45 today to get an oil change, nothing more. The drive up area to check in was empty, I was the only person there so I thought great, it’s not busy. The “service” advisor asks if I have an appointment, which I answer no. She tells me they can’t accept walk-ins because they are understaffed and tells me I have to schedule an appointment. I said “ok, well can I schedule an appointment for Monday if there’s availability?” She says, “yeah you can call or go online to schedule an appointment”. ??♀️? So this human being employed at Sanderson quick lane service not only can’t accept walk-ins 6 hours before closing but also can’t help me schedule an appointment for a service, I must go online or call them over the phone to do that. I left and reluctantly drove around the corner to Chevrolet’s quick lane service because we’ll it’s Chevy and I have a Ford, it’s like going in enemy territory (jk). Chevy had numerous vehicles in their check in line. Guess what? They too asked if I had an appointment, which I didn’t, but they still took my car in for the oil change and said it would be an hour and half. Ford has great vehicles but why offer “quick lane service” if it’s no different than your regular service department that you have to pre-schedule for??? Also, train your female employee working in the quick lane about what service is, she’s dry and lacks the enthusiasm to be of service.

Considering I had to make an extra trip because ur mechanic did a sloppy job changing my oil(leaving the guard to the oil pan loose). No explanation on my second trip.

The work done on my car was OK and the service writer Mike Perreault did a solid job. The problem is the mismanagement by the service department as a whole. You should not need a Truck for TWO WEEKS to complete 2-3 hours of work. When I get it back it should not be covered in bird droppings and spider webs. It took an entire week after I dropped off my daily driver to your department before a tech even looked at it to confirm my diagnosis that it needed to have the oil pan gasket replaced. Then it took another week to get it done. Why not let customers keep their cars until you are REALLY READY to diagnose and repair their vehicles??? Why not run vehicles you service through your wash like dealerships used to?

I took my car to get my blinker light fixed but when I got it back, the light wouldn't turn off regardless if I turned off my car. I don't know how they DIDNT see the light was ON when they called me to pick it up. I took it back today just for them to tell me it's a problem with the fuse and I need another part. Why couldn't you have said that when I picked it up? Why did you let me pick up my car when obviously it WASNT done? Overall, very sketchy. I thought coming to a dealership, I'd feel more secure. They'd do the job right, right? I paid almost 400 just for my light. And that's not including the part since I already bought it. I feel taken advantage of. Is it cause my car isn't nice like the others? Ugh. At this point I want a refund. I feel so defeated.
