If I could give more than 5 stars… I would!
I was referred to Quality 1st Glass by my insurance company after part of my sunroof became damaged and I know I’ll be going back to them if I ever need windshield / glass work done in the future.
Their service was second to none - James and crew were extremely professional, communicative, efficient/speedy, and the work was done thoroughly with care, attention and friendliness. Everything they were doing and what I needed was explained very well.
I also had a really tough ask where some glass shards had become lodged inside my seatbelt (see photo), basically rendering it inoperable and they gave it a ton of time and attention to fix it and save me a lot of extra time (and possibly more out of pocket costs because I don’t know if anyone else would have taken the time to take the entire seatbelt apart and find the smallest little piece of glass that was lodged in there and remove it).
They are also mobile and come out to you with a lot of flexibility - which is great.
James and crew are the best. Will be using their services again, if needed.

They were on time, professional, and the repair was completed quickly and flawlessly. Not to mention they had the best price of all the quotes I'd gotten. If I ever need vehicle glass repaired again, I will be a repeat customer for them!

These guys were professional, mostly accommodating, and got my sunroof fixed ridiculously fast. I would recommend these guys if you need a sunroof replaced.

James and his son went above and beyond for our moon roof repair. Initially the insurance company put the work order to replace the front pane and not the back one, which was busted. Which takes a significantly longer time to remove and replace. James kept us informed of the mistake and change in timing estimates but assured us it would be completed today. What was thought to be an hour and a half replacement turned into an almost 4 hour job. But James and his son worked diligently to complete it in one day. This meant so much to my husband and I, given it was the Friday before Christmas and we were expecting our second child any day. So having two vehicles so my husband could go to work and I have a car in case of emergency was such a relief. You don't typically get this dedication and quality of work from most third party insurance providers.

Scheduling was easy, and our insurance company ok the claim for a new windshield. They were on time, very professional in the job, and nice guys too. Husband was very happy with their service and windshield for his truck. Highly recommend Quality 1st Glass. Thankful for their service!

What happens when you're on your way home from vacation, driving, 4.5 hours away from home, and your rear glass shatters from a rock? Cry? Try a big corporate company (that the closest window in stock is back at home)? Panic because it seems like you're going to be extending your stay an extra day or two?! No. You call James and he gets you back on the road within hours. He came to us and was the most professional, kindest person!!! The timing happened to be perfect (if shattering a window is ever good timing) and we just so happened to be slid into his schedule.
