NOT GOOD!!!! After we handled one of their puppies they informed us that it was sick and that we couldn't see the other pups since that one was ill. They told us that we could spread it the other puppies if we handled them.They knew we had other dogs at home and obviously didn't care.

Purchased a puppy and sales person kept saying I would need items. She filled my bag with sooo many items that I thought were included. Items I didn't need. We were so wrapped up with the puppy it was a big distraction.

We recently bought a Sheltie pup from the Animal Kingdom Arrowhead location and was totally impressed with the whole process. Tim, the fellow we dealt with was very professional and compassionate as we had just put our last dog down days earlier. We have always had some reservations about buying a pet out of a shopping mall but not any more!! We just love her! Thanks Tim.

I am a dog trainer for an animal shelter and founder of a non profit called the Unleashed Foundation, and a commonly known “fact” in our world is that pet stores get their animals from puppy mills. This “fact” haunted me as I walked through the stores and watched the puppies. But the fact that the animals were in such good care and getting homes offered a degree of relief. Then I learned about their policy and the breeders where they purchased their puppies and it changed my entire perspective of Puppies ‘n Love. The staff took great care of the animals and great care of customers as well. I also learned that if a dog, once purchased at Puppies ‘n Love, can no longer be kept by the people that purchased that puppy, they will take the dog in and care for it until it finds a new home. I will keep and share what I’ve learned about the pet store and “Animal Kingdom”. Thank you Puppies ‘n Love, keep up the good work!

Just got my puppy yesterday and he's been amazing just as amazing as the staff. Valerie was so helpful during the process and still after is making sure we both are good. Kelly also helped me all the way to my car with all my stuff so I wouldn't have to make two trips. I would highly recommend coming here to adopt!

They take really great care and love on the puppies here! We fell in love with a French Bulldog, and we made the decision to adopt him. We named him Heimdall. They made us a cute adoption photo/certificate and placed it in a folder with all of his medical information and care guides.As soon as we got Heimdall home, he became a different dog. Zoomies all over the place! And our 3 older dogs were so pleased and happy to meet him too! It honestly couldn't have gone better. They love cuddling him.Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for our newest furry family member ?
