Where do I start. I initially called on the phone. And the customer service I received was extraordinary. The physical business is about an hour from my house. I made the trip, and I thought the phone service was great. Well there in person experience was even better. Disclaimer: I’m a weekend warrior. So initially going into the store I was a little intimidated. They treated me like family and explained every process of washing my car. I mean every process. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. Huge thank you to Jose and Joseph who helped me and remained patient with me the complete trip. If you’re a weekend warrior or a professional I recommend this store. Thanks PES I’ll be back soon. Google won’t allow for another review so I’m back to edit this one. I’ve visited this place quite often after my initial visit. My last time going I needed a new pressure washer for the garage. Adriel helped me. He’s freaking awesome he showed me every single option I could have even imagined. We settled on the Kranzle. This thing is awesome BTW. Thanks pressure equipment sales. You guys are always there to help. Awesome place!

I love this place! I went because I was having issues getting paint off of my car and one of the guys helped me out. The front desk is also really friendly. This is my to go place if I need any detailing, I’ve recommended this place to friends!

I went in to ask some questions about my pressure washer. Joseph, was helpful, knowledgeable, honest, patient, and friendly. Joseph has phenomenal customer service and so does everyone who works there. I always feel appreciated when I enter the store and I been there numerous times. I’m glad to see customer service at this high level as this company has raised the bar. Thank you all again and thank you Joseph!
