There is never hot water. Just warm. Have asked to turn it up a little. No luck. Great gym if you don’t want a hot shower

Recently there was a huge upgrade in equipment at this facility. New dumbells (at 2.5 lbs increments, nice), New workout equipment, New gym layout. All Good!

Best laid-out location by far, always clean, but the new equipment is not great. They took away the best glute machine and it's replacements are not the same at all. Also too many bicep machines. No need for 2 of those
Plus it's been closed for 2 days due to loss of water (per the website - I was checking the crowd meter and it said closed, glad I didn't leave my house).
I did the member survey online like 2 weeks ago, like the manager said to do, and included my member# and email in the survey, no contact at all.

I've previously given a better review, because depending on what you are looking for it is a good facility. However, now that they just got rid of the circuit training area I won't be coning back. That was a selling point for many and was always full when I was here. Now I don't see anything that makes PF better than other gyms.

They have the best deal in town! I looked into several different gyms only to find the best deal at Planet Fitness! Not only is it the best deal in town, I get to bring a friend with me every day. For free!
They have ALL the newest equipment as well as the largest locker rooms.
And don't get me started on their water jet chairs!
These guys ROCK!

like that the place is always kept clean, well stocked and well maintained. The atmosphere is one of hushed compliance. There are signs are everywhere with passive-agressive language (threats) on them and everyone tries to abide by the vague messaging contained within them. It's honestly pretty odd. Psychologically stifling some may say. I only talk to the staff, since there are warnings about talking to other guests. The staff seem mostly normal. They don't see anything wrong with the place, so neither do I. It's the best. ! ?

If you wanna shower half the time you'll be waiting for over an hour!! I have currently as of June 10th 2024 7:46am I have been been waiting for a shower to open up since 5:02am There is 1 black guy in the last shower that was in there taking a shower for over an hour & a half & then has been just standing in the shower fully dressed since & i know this cuzz I can see his feet also the showers are almost always dirty
Update: Same guy is here AGAIN TAKING 2 & A HALF HOURS ALSO DONT CALL ME ASKING ABOUT WHY I LEFT A BAD REVIEW I WON'T CHANGE IT also this is not a place for kids every now and then you'll find pills just laying on the floor and the only reason I keep coming back to this particular location is because its the closest one to my current location otherwise I'd never come back THIS LOCATION NEEDS 2 BE SHUT DOWN also all of those 5 star reviews are fake & are from the management trying to bolster their ratings ITS PATHETIC SMH

I didn't realize that I couldn't use all the planet fitness clubs The one you enroll at is the one you have to go to but they let me in to work out one time anyway which was really nice I was really grateful
