Very clean showroom with lots of awesome e-bikes for purchase or rent. Staff was super knowledgeable answering all my questions. Friendly to the novice audience they proceeded to give me great advice on how to maintain my new bike. They also do bicycle maintenance and repair work just not electrical.

It would be difficult to match the customer service I received from Steve after purchasing a used eTrike from this Pedego dealership. Driving 2-1/2 hours to fix a rear tire at a customer’s home is above and beyond expectations Thank you, Steve!

The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful. He got us on our way in just a few minutes. The bikes performed flawlessly and we had a great time. We plan to do it again.

My husband and I did an all day (30 mile) e-bike ride and had and excellent time. We were met by Steve, the owner, and his store mascot (a Great Dane) when the business opened. We were a bit early but Steve jumped right in and got us set up with bikes, helmets with two way radios and everything we needed for a great day on the trails (which are conveniently located a stones throw from the store).
Rich (their ambassador) and their full-time mechanic (Tyler) and of course the store mascot met us upon our return, made sure we had a good time and answered all our questions about Pedego e-bikes. This Q&A session was initiated by us so don't think you rental/ride will result in some sort of sales attempt. We just wanted to know more and they were very knowledgeable and obliging.

I purchased two electric bikes from Pedego Electric Bikes Glendale/Peoria a couple of years ago because of the quality of the bikes they had and the variety they had to choose from.
Recent health problems caused me to consider selling the bikes. I contacted Steve, the owner, to see if they would consider buying them back. I was surprised to find out that they would.
Steve took care of the paperwork required and within a week he notified me that my bikes were sold!
I was impressed when I made the purchase of my bikes and equally impressed on how they handled the sale of my bikes. I recommend this shop if you are considering an electric bike in your future.

I would also recommend buying from Steve's team. The service is top notch, and they make you feel like family when you walk in the door. Highly recommend to friend or foe! Go get yourself a Pedego!

We've used Pedego Electric Bikes in Glendale a couple of times now, and both times we've been there getting service for our bikes, I've been very impressed with the quality of service, the friendliness, and how professional these folks are in conducting their business. I'm also very impressed with Pedego as a company that builds bikes, as we did have a bike with an electric motor that suddenly locked up - and even though that particular bike was well past it's warranty period - Pedego replaced the motor without asking questions - and now I'm even more excited to be a Pedego bike owner! We'll certainly continue using Pedego in Glendale, and look forward to many years using our bikes!
