I stopped in on my way home from work and spoke with Sam about what I was looking for a few weeks ago. He listened and provided options for me and was great to work with. I left that day to think things over and compare some other options and decided to go with State Farm, so I emailed Sam Sunday evening saying I would like to proceed, and early Monday morning he had everything in motion for me. Great experience.

Sam at the 67th ave. and Happy Valley Road was amazing. Very educated with insurance, patiently answered all of my questions and I had a lot. Informed and educated me with certain things that I did not know about Insurance.

Taylor did a fantastic job helping us establish our home owners and car insurance. She did all of the leg work for us with minimal effort on our part. My first experience with this agency has been very positive, patient and helpful, from the first person I spoke with to the most current. This group was referred to me by two separate people, within the same hour of each other, when I asked who their agent was - and they each live on opposite ends of the Valley! I feel confident that I've made a good choice in switching to State Farm, and specifically to Pat Estfan's agency. Sam has been knowledgable and helpful every step of the way!

I filled out an online inquiry for car insurance from this agency strictly based on their proximity to where I live. Sam contacted me the very next day and quoted me a rate that was far below the renewal rate with my then-current carrier. My policy did not expire for a few weeks, and I wanted to check with some other carriers, so I told him I would get back to him. Sam followed up with me a couple weeks later, and I decided to go with State Farm. I'm excited to be back with an agency that offers great customer service. Thanks, Sam!
