Don’t move here Apartments are Horrible moved in and it’s infested with roaches and they turn off the water without notice.

I do not recommend these apartments! The water gets shut off about 2-3 times a week, roaches everywhere, dog poop almost every corner you have to watch where you step, mold within a month that we moved in. Bath tub has always been clogged with black stuff since we moved in. Even though we remove it everyday it still comes back. First time renting an apartment and we hate it can’t wait for our lease to be over does not feel like home! We moved out from a house that we leased due to mold to move into somewhere worse

Don’t live here if you like having access to hot water !!! They will turn it off at least twice a week and not even give a heads up or let you know an hour before. Staff doesn’t care as it doesn’t affect them so they do it at the most inconvenient times

The apartment is good but mostly I like the staff. They are nice, helpful both staffs of the office. When I came to live in this apartment Alice has been a good one to work with clients.

I will be moving to the area soon. Alyssa gave me a tour of the property and it looks amazing with the recent renovations. She was very friendly and professional and even told me about some of the must try restaurant’s close by. If you are having to relocate definitely contact Alyssa at park 67 apartments.

I’ve lived here for over 5 years, I’ve seen a lot of management companies come and go. This one is amazing, not gonna lie I was skeptical at first but they put in a dog park, the pools finally been open all year and it’s now a place I would lounge in. The apartments are updated and the neighbors friendly! So glad I stayed!
