This location sucks, which is so sad because I love pandora jewellery. I waited 55 minutes in line on a saturday and had to leave and go to work but the lady told me to come after work because they close at 9 and I come back at 8:50 and with a half empty store she takes the person in front of me and tells me nope sorry we're closed! even though i knew what i wanted and needed to do an exchange, they close early, so don't believe their hours that they have listed or even tell you. This location also ALWAYS has a horrible line outside because they make you wait for a one on one person so you can't look around and browse as you'd like either. go anywhere else or order online if you can!

This location is ABSOLUTELY horrible. The manager Derya is as incompetent as they come. How she became a manager is the world greatest mystery? I have seen her treat her employees very rudely & inhumane. The employees are sometimes nice, you have to kind of pick who to go to because not all of them are as nice as others. However, when you do get a good employee to help you, they do not hesitate to help you with their Jewelry & their prices. Even then, I do NOT recommend coming to this location, there is way better Pandoras to go to. The manager Derya is THE biggest problem of the location.

Horrible customer service. Believe the reviews, run away from this store as fast as you can. Either buy online or go to Scottsdale. I was treated so rudely it was ridiculous.

Yesterday I had a very horrible experience with this location. This location was unorganized when it came to the line outside. There was two separate lines but no direction from the employees working. I was in the line yesterday and was yelled at by the employee working at night she was wearing a black long skirt with a pony tail. I was trying to tell her that there’s two separate lines and no one knows which is the starting point. She literally yelled at me and said “ you better get outta line now “. Because of her demeanor towards me I decided to make an online order while I was in line. This employee definitely needs to be fired for speaking to customers like this. This person has no experience when it comes to how to speak or how to respond to a situation. Because of this I’m taking my business elsewhere where I’m treated with respect. It sucks that I have to drive somewhere else for my daughters Christmas gift but respect is everything to me and I feel I deserve an apology. I would definitely not recommend this location to anyone because of the service I was given.

WORST STORE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! A promise ring was purchased on 11/05 at Scottsdale Quarter. At the time, I had to go to this location because they were the only store that had the size I thought I needed. I specifically asked if it could be exchanged in case the ring did not fit and they assured me I had 30 days to do any exchanges. As it turns out, the ring was too big. I went to the Pandora in Arrowhead Mall (this location is closet to me) to exchange the ring for a smaller size on 11/10. Had to wait outside the store for awhile before they allowed us to actually enter after we walked in because there is no sign posted out front stating otherwise. After being allowed to enter the store, I provided my receipt and asked if I could exchange the ring for a smaller size. The sales rep immediately told me they would not exchange the ring because it needed to be in new condition. I assured her the ring was literally only taken out of the box once to try on and after seeing it was too large, it was placed back in the box and taken to the store. She then took the ring to the back of the store and came back out stating it was not in new condition, which does not make sense to me how they can come to that conclusion when it was only worn long enough to just try on. I told her the ring was just purchased 5 days prior and was told I had 30 days to exchange, which she still refused to help me. I asked to speak with a manager and she told me she was the Lead and stated the manager was not there. I told her this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced, took my ring and receipt and went straight back to Scottsdale Quarter. Scottsdale Quarter was kind, extremely helpful, and confused why the location at Arrowhead Mall would not exchange the ring. The ring was exchanged at Scottsdale Quarter with no issues whatsoever. ***It should be noted, on the receipt it states "Items in unused and original condition may be returned to PANDORA stores for a refund or exchanged for another item until January 28, 2024 with original receipt/electronic receipt lookup.*** I will never do business with Pandora in Arrowhead Mall and will advise others of the poor customer service they provide.

Run don’t walk away from this store!!! I went in after purchasing a pandora bracelet earlier this month, I was assured by the sales associate that there was a 30 exchange policy for resize. After asking for a smaller size, the sales associate said she needed to take my bracelet to the back to show her manager and DROPPED it right in front of us, then looked back at us, smiled and kept walking, she then came back and told us that it had “minor damage”. It was worn only on the way to the store, no way it had any damage. On top of that I was treated extremely poorly, by both staff and manager of the store. Nothing like the way I was greeted while purchasing items. Plus I had to deal with the sales associate being extremely condescending and the manager yelled that I needed to read my receipt next time, from across the store. Very unprofessional. Also, I am of Latina decent. After reading these comments I’m starting believe this is not just a coincidence.

Lindsay was amazing!!! Her energy is unmatched, she’s so personable, and can really vibe with anybody. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and resourceful!!!! We got friendship rings and she was all about the vibes!!!

GREAT customer service! Awesome selection! Had to wait outside for a bit to just get in the doors. Only letting a few people in at once. Not sure why. But worth the wait. Great sales. Awesome items. An our salesperson was SPECTACULAR! Check them out!

Linzy and Nancy are so sweet, caring, & patient. Always understanding and a great help since they actually care about the meaning that the charms I pick have to me. Overall they make it very enjoyable & comfortable for me to buy there yet knowing how indecisive I can be lol. I appreciate it -Thank you girls!

Racist and lazy. I've ordered so much from them over the years; this is the first (and last time) I will pick up anything from them. Ordered online for mothers day and had just one item shipped to my grandmother since she lives three thousand miles away, and the rest of my order was for pick up as I wanted to take to my mom who lives close to me. The old woman behind the counter tells me that my grandmother must come to pick up the order since her name was on the one item that shipped. It was MY EXISTING account, but the woman did not care or offer any customer service in the way of helping me resolve the issue. She tried her best to brush me off & help every other person there other than me (she kept walking away). She did all of this without at least trying to hide that she did not think I was worth being kind or professional to. I've gotten better service at a mcdonalds drive-through. She is much too old to be outshone by kids that are just starting in the workforce. Pandora, do you train your emplyees to treat minorities horribly, or are they just not given any training in how to be human to customers?

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at pandora on varies types of jewelry over the years but definitely won’t be anymore. I’ve had two bracelets break and now a safety charm and it’s ALWAYS right after the one year warranty is up. One bracelet broke after one month of the warranty, and now the charm exactly one month after warranty ends. You call and ask if there’s anything they could possibly do and they don’t care.

I LOVE PANDORA ? BEAUTIFUL PIECES AND FUN DESIGNS. WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE AT ALL WAS THE WAY THE MINIMAL STAFF HANDLED THE AMOUNT OF CUSTOMERS. EITHER THEY WERE POORLY PREPARED FOR THE SALES LEADING UP TO MOTHER'S DAY OR THE STAFF JUST DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO CONDUCT SALES IN A TIMELY MANNER. SPENT WAY TOO MUCH TIME WITH PEOPLE WHO WERE JUST BROWSING AND LOST SALES OF PEOPLE WHO WERE WAITING IN LINE TO PURCHASE BUT LEFT BECAUSE THE WAIT WAS TOO LONG. EVEN EXISTING CUSTOMERS WHO WERE JUST THERE FOR A QUICK PICK UP BECAME UPSET AND LEFT.

This review is about the bracelets, the original bracelets cannot be repaired! The components don't fit together well and the charms and spacers fall off those things are like $65 each and the just fall off,they look cute but it not cute when the fall apart and you loose pieces! I wish I could give them a negative three!
