Love this store , such a variety of everything esp. shoes.
For the 1st time I had to make a in-store return & they made as simple as it really is & I swapped shoes ! Was in & out in min . The shoes I wanted were on sale since the day b4 so I got an adjustment on my pymnt method from the day b4 - NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE - & that is unseen this day & age .

As far as Nike products are concerned or the warranty they offer for their shoes Nike if far and above a superior product. 2 year warranty on shoes is insane. But there’s a small catch it appears that management teams within Nike stores are out of touch with what Nike stands for.
I arrived and after seeing a team member with an empty shoe box stating that if the other employee finds the person that stole those shoes… he trailed off as he turned away. I don’t catch what he said but I’m sure it wasn’t nice. So I asked a sales rep if he was busy he offered to help I explained that I had a bubble burst on my left 2022 Vapor Max shoes and that I was looking to exchange for a warranty replacement.
The staff member called over the manager who told me it was outside the stores 60 day policy and that I was being fed misinformation about Nikes warranty and that Nike reimbursed the retailer for warranty exchanges. So I pulled up their page and read verbatim from the Nike Website under their does Nike have a warranty page and that Nike did in fact reimburse retailers for warranty replacements and was again told by them that I was misinformed.
I leave it to you the reader of this review to look at the attached photo of Nikes page and tell me that I am misinformed and please clarify where I went wrong in my reading of Nikes own website.
