Small business beware!!!! this bank will fee the heck out of you and put a hold on every check you deposit even cashiers checks. STAY AWAY FROM NBAZ !!! they will drown you with fees and holdsWe changed account to Chase never have a problem any more

Awful bank, they just don’t care. Went to bank to get rid of the $4.00 paper charge every month. Also Wanted to get 2 CD’s also. They didn’t have my additional info because of an update. They couldn’t or wouldn’t help me so I’m taking my money out of saving account and working on closing every thing else.

It was very easy to open a new account. Good personalities and good service. I had an appointment, but they were not busy when I arrived.

Even though this bank claimed online to be a partner bank with ours, the atm kept our cars when we used it to try and pull out cash; claiming it always an "unauthorized transaction". When we confronted the front desk staff about this, they did not seem to care at all about the fact that this miscommunication on their part, and basically told us "deal with it". I have never met a more unhelpful and apathetic bank staff, and I work in banking. I would advise everyone to avoid this bank.

My first time visiting this branch, I can say I felt welcomed and the young lady named Jackie was very sweet and was quick with getting me in and out! Definitely will be returning to this branch location with any of my banking needs!

Always a pleasure to walk into this bank. I did not open my account at this location, but this bank as a whole always has consistently been friendly, prompt & courteous whenever I need something. The staff here, like all other locations, on every visit always make sure to greet me and smile when I walk in. They don't exactly know my name, but it feels like in Cheers where everyone says "Norm!"...I love the fact that they only charge $6 for cashier checks if you are an account holder. So convenient and inexpensive.
