Their hours of 10-4 really aren't conducive for people trying to operate a business. We are closing our accounts and going to mid first.

We had to wire some funds to our Escrow agent and stopped here without an appointment. The internet has made banking, both easy and hard. BofA, like Chase and Citi allow you to pick a time and a branch to meet with one of their representatives. But due to COVID, what if your preferred branch is "temporarily closed", or all the available appointments are taken? Grrr. That was exactly our dilemma when we needed to wire funds this past Friday. No matter, just show up as early as you can, preferably just after the branch opens. Then park yourself in one of their comfy chairs and watch CNBC or Merrill Lynch ads on their huge TV. LOL But we didn't wait long, their Branch Manager came over very quickly introduced herself and we were soon sitting in Barbara Cruz's office taking care of business. Barbara was both personable and professional. She dotted all the i's and quickly crossed every t on the FF Wire. Nice! Five Stars.

The mortgage department of bank of america is the slowest, and horrible customer service. they take a month to process anything, and this has been happening to me on multiple occasions since i have taken a mortgage with them a year ago. Do not recommend them to anyone.

I have been a customer of Bank of America for over 20 years. Always have good service at this banking center. I prefer going to the tellers over using a machine. I have dealt with Chase & Wells Fargo banks when setting up accounts in CA for my mother's trust, total nightmare, and would never switch to one of them. If I could have closed her accounts and moved all the funds to BofA I would have in a heart-beat.

Expected better from this neighborhood. Was in teller line and a banker clearly desperate for business began broadcasting my private info and tried to pressure me into his services. Very invasive, awkward and frankly horrifying. Will NOT return. Would rather drive to my preferred location in Surprise than go to this horrible one that's 4 min from my new home. Train better, BOA.

BofA is an easy bank to access. They all have ATM's drive and walk up, this bank has drive up. All banks might have this option. But if you are coming from out of town/state that might be helpful information. I never go inside anymore. The tellers have just gotten impossible to talk to, not that they are mean, but they always seem to be put out that you came inside. It's not the bank of the past. Friendly folks safeguarding your money. I'm old enough to remember that era, I miss it, but then that's me. Anyway, they will do as much as they have to, not more, not less. Welcome to the new age.....

Bank of America is an institution of pathetic, dishonest thieves! I deposited a check here last month after hours into the drive up ATM. The ATM rebooted as soon as I inserted my check. I waited ten minutes and the machine finally started back up and spat my card out but not my check. I took a picture of the ATM number and reported it the next day, initiating a claim. I gave them the ATM number, check number, the name of the check issuer, the time and date of the attempted deposit. They issued me a temporary credit equalling the amount of the check I deposited while they attempted to resolve the issue. I received a letter today (after almost a month) stating that they failed to find the check I deposited but they did find the electronic record of the deposit. They have informed me that they are now going to remove the sum from my account plus any fees they may have incurred during the investigation to compensate them for the temporary credit they gave me, essentially accusing me of never making the deposit. Both the ATM and building are equipped with security cameras, I deposit this check around the same time for these amount every month, and I provided the exact ATM identification number of the machine that "ate" my check. I will be calling on Monday to dispute this decision. I will never bank here again, and neither should you.

Terrible customer service! The management in this office just helped me make up my mind about moving to Chase.

Nothing really stellar about this location. There is always a line when you go, but the tellers are busy. It seems to be the M.O. of all the banks. They have enough teller locations for several employees, but they're never staffed to take care of the demand.

I bank here all the time and have come to expect the decent service that they offer. The tellers and other staff are always helpful and go beyond what is expected. It is annoying that you still have to fill an out of state slip for Bank of America accounts opened in other states, and only the tellers have those slips. That being said, all else is good.

My simple review of this branch: SUB PAR. I don't usually bank here but the club I'm now a part of does. I myself had to make several trips here trying to get put on the account. Sometimes the wrong people are here and you can't get help beyond the basic teller. I've tried calling to make an appointment and never can get someone on the phone. So, I finally got put on the account and the guy in the little room FAILED to set me up with a bank card. Standard procedure, right? Apparently not the day I was there. I went back in, spoke the manager (Kim), she said she'd get me setup. Nope. Two weeks later, no card. I go back in. Original guy says "I was waiting for you to come back in..." Excuse me? Don't you have my phone number? Isn't this kinda like waiting in line for two weeks!!! Aaargh! Finally I get setup and I get a temporary bank card and would you believe he starts grilling me to bank there? Uhm.... NO! ya, CAPITAL NO. I almost gave the branch one star. To say they failed me isn't completely true. They failed at first and then got it done. So they really just wasted my time and pissed me off. A lot of the people are friendly and Kim did work with me some over email. I guess they try. Still, I'd go somewhere else if given the option. My account here belongs to the club and isn't mine, so... hopefully I won't have to go in the branch ever again.
