Had a little mixup with one of the phones we shipped out n Christian stayed after closing working on the issue and Austin completed the transaction the following day. I would say both these young men were knowledgeable, patient and went above and beyond with getting to the resolution. Great store, great employees”

“So I went in to buy a phone today, Mary made it an easy transaction and explained everything's that would take place in detail. But the reason I give 4 stars is mainly for Miguel and the acting manager at the time. A customer they were trying to help cursed them out with every word. That customer was slamming stuff on the counter and both tmobile reps kept their professionalism as he had his toddler tantrum due to the price of a phone. As an employed person myself, I would expect never to have to deal with some one constantly speaking to me like that. I had to hold my tongue. I wanted to tell the reps "DO NOT HELP HIM! HOW ARE U ASKING FOR HELP BY CURSING AND YELLING?" I don't like that the manager requires their employees to endure this type of behavior. As soon as that customer called them out their names, he should've been asked to leave. That protocol should really be a topic in your next meeting.”
“Daughter had a problem with her phone, we wnt into this store and Michelle helped us. She was AMAZING! So knowledgable and had us in and out and my daughters phone fixed in no time!”

“While recently visiting Arrowhead mall, I stopped by T-Mobile to get some insight and information on qualifying promotion's under my plan. My first interaction was great with a greet at the door and was checked in right away. The wait time was about 15 minutes which wasn't bad at all with the high traffic of customers. While I was waiting, one employee went above and beyond and had conversations with me to kill time. As I was called up for my check in time, the manager was very kind and help me with all my concerns. Not only did I leave the establishment with everything I wanted to know, I also left with great deals and upgrades to my plan that were very inexpensive. Over all, I enjoyed my interaction with the staff of T-Mobile!”

“" Justice here" I purchased 3 phones from this location from Brenda, this girl was the worst. Not sure why she didn't like us from the beginning. Another couple walked in behind us she right away said she had discounts and sales to offer them. I asked her about them, her response was we only have what was on sale for Thanksgiving. I'm like u offered them a discount for the turn on?She ignored me, 1 of the phones is a Samsung that was not keeping charge and was heating up while charging. I spoke to Michael A yesterday afternoon he told me he would be able to assist me at 1:00 pm the next day which is 2day if the phone was having the issues I mentioned, he never showed up. We spent almost 500.00 dollars on these phones so yes I'd like this issue taken care off.I was assisted by a girl named Brittney she was friendly, courteous, respectful and had great customer service. She examined the phone and felt how hot it was and exchanged it for me. Thank u Brittney for ur customerservice! Yes I have been to this location in the past n' all the great ppl are no longer working here!...”

“I have been coming to his shop for more than 5 years now and have bought many phones for people here. I have never had a problem with any of the phones, and he is the vest. I gave looked at other places, even the big stores, and they want double the price for the same phone he has. Save some money and support your local mom/pop shops.
I'll be around next week for another phone.
