Then guy in the back office. Blonde hair and glasses. Notary. This guy in incredibly incompetent. How do people like this get hired. Are you that desperate for help? This dude doesn't know the legality of anything. Wasted time. Totally unprofessional.

It bothers me to leave unfavorable reviews but unless it's done it seems not much will change. Spent nearly 30 minutes to complete the simplest of transactions at the branch. It seems accountability, training and technology are in serious need at this location.

It's very rare that I give a five-star review, but today the gentleman who answered my phone call was not only knowledgeable and very helpful, he was friendly, and had a good sense of humor as well. Whoever manages this location needs to make sure that they keep Grover around!I loved this account when I opened it, as it had zero charge on ATM fees which was logical as they only have a couple of ATMs on the west side and they're over 10 miles from my house.Unfortunately, that changed a few years ago and I wasn't aware until I saw hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of fees on my account. $5.50 each (3+2.5)It would have been nice to know, they should have notified me, or at least giving me a credit on a number of the transactions at the point I found out about it. Neither happened. They really need to go into a business relationship with another ATM company, as it's so unreasonable to charge that much for such a basic service when you don't have enough ATMs across town to accommodate.I was thinking about closing this account but the service I received today was so top notch that I might reconsider.Great job Grover!

Waited over 10 minutes to open a checking account just to be asked if I have a drivers license again and then to wait another 10-15 minutes . What a ***** joke . The manager is a 4 eyed ginger worm . Find a job that suites you better like a pizza deliver'

This bank doesn’t take responsibility for almost anything. Tried to blame a ridiculously long hold on my account on a retailer when it was midfirst the entire time. Manager of the bell road branch did absolutely nothing to help except sound condescending and moronic. If you hate your job, find a new one. Or just do the job you have. Closing this account as soon as funds are returned.

Outstanding customer service. I compare their banking practices and service with Wells and Citi. Surpass both. Thank you!!!!

Always helpful & fast. Our favorite location is definitely Lake Pleasant and Happy Valley. Also the 67th Ave and Bell location is super helpful. Sadly their location at 7th St and Bell went from great to absolutely the worst service after losing several great employees. Hoping they can turn that around for sure.

I went in on 6/22 to pick up a new debit card and everyone who assisting me was very kind. I tried using the new card to pump gas yesterday and it declined multiple times in store and at the pump. I called today and spoke with a man named Mark about the issue and he was abrupt and short to every question I had. I brought up a concern and the phone went silent for maybe 5 seconds. I assumed he was deep in thought? Then he said, "are you there?" and I said, "yes did you hear me?" and he replied, "I answered your question." I had to ask it again before he gave me a clear answer. I thanked him for his time and hung up. During the call I had the phone on speaker and my roommate overheard it and he unprompted said, "That man did NOT want to help you at all. I didn't even hear him answer you." Such a weird experience. I've been banking with MidFirst for 8 years and neverrrrrr in any time I've called have I had such a bad experience. I've enjoyed the company because employees treat you warmly and go above and beyond for you. This person needs to go through some socialization courses. I'll be avoiding this location going further.

I had been going to the Midfirst location on Happy Valley and Lake-pleasant for years and never had any problems, they have an amazing staff. This location however is consistently rude and downright mean. Out of all the times I have been here, I’ve had maybe one good experience. Whenever I have questions it always seems like I am bothering them and they treat me as if I am stupid. I am truly shocked by the people who run this bank and I hope they seriously work on their customer service. I will never be going to this location again, such rude people.

I've had many accounts at alot of banks and always just felt like just an account number/dollar amount. At midfirst everyone knows my name, my business and they honestly care about your financial needs. Plus they by far have the prettiest banks!

Usually it is an average experience however today I went to deposit a large sum of money and I was met with no greeting along with waiting 18 minutes. When greeted it was way different than usual attitude wise. Honestly just disappointed. Have a 3 star instead of 1 due to previous good experiences

Although we just opened an account at MidFirst, it would be premature to state any long term review, however, with that being said we have had a pleasurable experience with Marie, thus far. Very helpful and attentive. We hope to remain a customer for sometime as we have banked at AZ Federal Credit for 25 years and utterly appalled at the way they do business.

This has been the worst bank that I dealt with. Opened the account for the $300 offer just to find out 3 week later that online account won’t automatically come with a debit card! And the offer is to make 10 debit card transactions. Seems like they intentionally want you to get the debit card late so you won’t meet the requirement! The online and mobile banking is the worst I’ve ever seen, very basic menu and can’t do a lot of stuff. I had to physically go to the bank to transfer money since the transfer menu said I had no eligible account ( I had already verified and deposited from my other bank account!)The rep wouldn’t want to expedite the card and waive the fee for me either.Very bad experience and will definitely close my account after the 6 months.I have two credit unions and they are much more up to date than this bank and have amazing online banking.Maybe it’s time this bank went public so it would have enough money to spend on different departments such as investing in an up to date 21st century online banking and mobile app!
