My husband and I were scared. My husband had not done his 2021 taxes. He was single then and couldn't afford it being a contract worker. When we got to Metz Tax Service first thing we were greeted by smiles from the lady at the counter. They got us back fairly quickly. While in the back the woman we got was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. She knew her stuff we would have never guessed my husband would qualify for earned income credit. We were expecting to owe back taxes. However he is getting a small refund we couldn't be happier. I'm not sure we will go anywhere else ever again. I just feel that they had the time for us and actually cared about our situation. Thank you all.

There isn’t enough to say about Paul and his crew. He’s done my taxes for 7 years now. Fast, accurate, trustworthy, knowledgeable, safe, and kind. Not NEARLY the most expensive tax guy in the game but not the cheapest either. But, I say this with every fiber in my body, he’s worth at least double what he charges. I will never go with anyone else…

Paul has been doing my taxes for over 20 years. He’s highly knowledgeable and his staff provides excellent customer service. I recommend Paul to everyone I know.

Been with Metz tax services for 26yrs. Great staff. Helps in away they can. Listens to your questions and answers great. Once you come here I can promise you will never want to go anywhere else. Thank you Mr Metz and your staff for all you do.Don't listen to 1 stars, they probably haven't even been there just trying to lower ratings.

This was mine and my husband's first time here. I made an appointment solely based on the great reviews when I googled tax services near me. They were quick, nice, and answered all of the questions we had. We will definitely be using them for future tax needs.

My husband has used this service for at least 10 years. There continues to be ISSUES. I, the wife, decided to take care of it myself today. I spent 2 1/2 hrs with IRS because our payment for 2020 was never "received" and when BOA said FRAUD and returned the money, IRS began proceedings for liens, etc. Each letter received from the IRS was given to Paul...he said "I'll take care of it". Now with more certified letters and interest and fees added from IRS, Paul said "I'll deal with it on Monday (one week later)". I spoke with IRS, had a penalty abatement to remove the interest and fees, and paid the money owed without any PAUL METZ HELP. IRS now told me that 2019 taxes had money received, but have no tax filing records showing up despite me having an electronic file sent by Metz? Where was it sent?

The only tax service I will use. If you want tax services done correctly, then Paul Metz is your guy. New COVID restriction- call to book an appointment, and call when you arrive. This allows them to help with 6ft restrictions (social distancing).

Mr. Metz and his staff are very professional and I would recommend them to anyone. If you've got back taxes to file, self employment questions, or just a simple filing to do then drop by. Make sure you schedule in advance.

Be careful where you get your taxes done. A few years ago, I came here to file my taxes and I ended up having my social security number stolen. To this day, I'm still having to dispute my credit history with one the credit bureaus.
