This store is horrible. Sold me 2 phones. Both screen protector were chipped one was for a different phone. Asked for new ones they said no. Asked for a refund he said no. Now I'm circling threw customer service to resolve it. The manager started yelling at me following me out of the store accusing me of threatening him when I said he and his store is exposed. This store should be boycotted.

The worse place ever the Manger that work there is rude and disrespectful ? ?Idk what it ? is .But I hate this place because of her attitude.And I feel like I shouldn't have to feel like this .I should be able to go to the store ?Pay my phone bill like normal.But this lady give me attitude .Worse place to go ...Or just go when the lady not there u be good. Watch her cuz she will over tx you.

First & only event I’ve been to this location: a couple weeks ago, I brought in a “new” [refurbished] iPhone I had gotten online elsewhere that was adjusted to be “unlocked” to use with MetroPCS- who I’ve had for about 4 years now. I’ve been to countless different locations to pay my bill with cash, or get an upgrade, etc.I’d never before, tried to use a phone I didn’t buy with them. Usually the upgrades help a big discount, and they’ve got good phones. Personally, I do whatever I can to avoid going in debt for a phone, so my monthly payment is LOW, just the text+call+data package is only $35/month!!This time around tho, when I needed a new phone, I happened to find a quick discount deal online, elsewhere. This new phone, I realized it wasn’t going to be a “guarantee” that it would work, bc it wasn’t one of their own. I wanted to try it, tho. The 2 ladies working there were very sweet & patient — as we figured out transferring my same phone number & services. Guess what? It all worked out smoothly. I had to pay a transfer fee, but I don’t mind—bc their time is valuable, I wasn’t expecting it would be free. Metro-PCS is simple & cheap!! Why pay more anywhere else?!Also, a note on the general environment inside the store: clean, organized, good lighting! Can clearly see everything for sale!!

Called to ask about a few promotions i had seen and got alotta attitude. Ive been with metro pcs for years and areia ola or meryola whatever her name was informed me you guys cant let me know when my bill was due. Since when sounds to me shes being lazy. Ive called before nd asked questions like tht . If got the name wrong check what date and time becuase she needs to be spoken too about how to be professional to ur guests. I pay u guys money so to tell me she cant tell me she cant tell me the date my ohone bill is false and an excuse
