Very informative staff very helpful, nice central location the cell phone professional, who assisted me was Annelle and she definitely was very well-versed and knowledgeable with the products and the plans I appreciate her time and highly recommend this location.

I went to activate my phone and they charged me 95 dollars to activate my phone with my same number, I have been with metro for 10 years and I had never heard that they charged that, it seemed so unfair and they did not want to give me any explanations or receipt, Liz and Annelle have horrible service help towards customers! If I could give a zero, I gave one!! He did not recommend that store!!!! I am a loyal customer and have never failed, with this respect it is unacceptable.

When I lost access to my Google account and needed to update my Google account information, Liz and the customer service team at MetroPCS went above and beyond to find and provide the solution. Because of them I have access to my account and have avoided a huge loss! I could give 100 stars I could! Thanks again MetroPCS for 8 years of great service!

Lizette was SOOOO good!!! She was sweet kind professional patient and willing to make sure I got my issue taken care of and I walked out with a new phone. This is what Superior customer service should be. She needs five stars and a pat on the back thank you so much Lizette you went above and beyond for me thank you for bringing me back to the T-Mobile family. The grass isn't always greener on the other side lol ?
