Terrible, they make you make an appointment to pick up your stuff, then tell you that your stuff has to be shipped from auction that your car was sold at, after you proceed to pay their ridiculous fee.

They are hdsptm, they will take your car if they like it, my car hadn't even been parked for 3 hours and they took it away because it was parked incorrectly when it wasn't parked incorrectly.
