Went in today to get some turf cut for my backyard. I approached an employee after waiting about 10 minutes for somebody to help me and asked if I can get some help. He proceeded to say not for about an hour because the person who can cut it is at lunch. I guess there’s only one person to cut turf not good for business. I guess I’m going to Home Depot.

How uncomfortable it is to be doing your shopping and trying to be nice to the marine cashier who is a great person and who is surrounded by so many people taking care of us that we were going to steal something. If you see this, Mr. Manager, let's consider it an inconvenience as a customer, I'll tell you. I think that if this continues I will leave that store.

Good day I went to buy a lot of wood. And a person told me if they could cut it. I stayed waiting for 10 minutes then I went with a lady. Cristina called and told her what happened. He told me he will wait 10 more minutes. Then I waited 30 minutes, then I asked him again what had happened? And I wonder what if nothing.
Truly, the service at Lowe on 59th was terrible, and that lady was very rude and disrespectful. Cristina for her bad answer. I reiterate their terrible service.

Went there and found clearance plants. I mean honest to goodness healthy plants on clearance. Bought 6 lantana, 2 grasses, a couple succulents, and 3 Tacoma's. Half price and worth the Trip.

My friend and I were leaving the Daiso that's also in the same shopping center as this Lowe's store. My friend needed to use the restroom, but the Daiso didn't have a restroom for customers. My friend said she would go to Lowe's to use the restroom, so I went along with her.
Usually the restrooms are at the back of the store, but we looked and looked here, but couldn't find them in the back. Finally we saw some workers, so my friend asked where the restroom was. They directed her to the front of the store.
The women's restroom was clean and as pleasant as a big box restroom could be.
I was also impressed that this store offers free air (for pumping up tires) outside in the front of the store.

Been driving around town chasing a KB tool set 277 peace, got to this Lowes and was told they don’t have it, now Im send to Scottsdale location. Hours into chasing this tool and nothing yet, I ask for a discount on a similar tool set box so I can just buy it and carry on with my day. All associates point yo the store manager, no one else can approve a discount, the store manager Jose, instead of just simply making a decision, approve or deny the discount, instead decides to go to lunch and block his phone, almost an hour waiting and given the runaround for this. So disappointing, no wonder they don’t have any sales, their stores are empty no customers. Ill just go to Home Depot where my business and my money is welcome. Thanks Lowes and Jose store manager for wasting an hour of my Saturday trying to give you my business and my money. Wont be shopping at Lowes for as long as I can.

3 employees in a personal conversation can't inform me they are closing the garden center, as a common courtesy so I can not have to walk so far with my arthritis. Of course, they don't think about courtesy to customer because their conversation is more important.
Managers follow me around like I'm a thief when I'm just browsing. Hey maybe follow tweakers around, not clean people.
Thank lowes I'll go to home Depot where I'm treated like a customer not a criminal

Bought a pitboss from Lowes. After opening the new box noticed the shelf brackets for the foldable shelf had two of the same bracket. (You need one of each side). I came in and asked to swap the one I had for the other side odd their display model. The employee (no name tag visible) stripped the bolt on it. Stated he would see if they can open the new box, he talked to the manager on duty. The manager, the employee had to go behind the customer service desk, never came out. Told me to return the whole smoker for a new one. Really? A 200lb pirboss hauled back for a shelf bracket? That's the customer service that Lowes offers????
