I move to this area recently, I’m remodeling my house and be coming to Lowe’s because closer, my first visit I was there for 1 hour looking for 3 items and no one was helpful all I see teens talking to each other, seconds time the same, third time General manager was there and very polite and help find what I was looking for. Today I was there and the flooring man (beard man) was so rude with his answers he don’t even bother to be nice or helpful. I’m done a least with this Lowe’s and they don’t have to much variety of what I was looking.

Probably the worst Lowe’s location in the valley. The employees have no desire to help their customers and instead we see this every time we go. The same two guys walking around, talking and ignoring customers. SMH, fire these idiots and get someone who will help.

Very bad , I had to wait more than one for some guy to help me down some wood with the fork lift , they should be more agile , most of us who come to lowes have to work we can not lose 1 one for a couple of woods ?

My husband and I went to buy sand. To fill pavers. The sacks. They weigh 100 lbs. A boy very kindly helped us upload them. And He alone, that impressed me. Lowe's has very Mable staff. Thank you.
