Went to buy a Christmas tree. Not one person in sight to help. It was freezing outside and my 70 year old husband had to load and tie the tree on by himself. The tree was so dry - I've filled the stand up with water over 7 times

I am a long-time Lowes Customer and Retired Military, I went to this store this morning on Veterans Day and found a Blackburn Grill I could afford, I had a Team member come over to see if I could pay for delivery, he scanned the box and informed me that it was in the wrong spot but I would still get it for that price. A manager named Collen came over and said that they do not honor shelf prices if they are wrong. After he told me I would get it I called my son to come and get me and the grill (I am 70 years old and cannot drive} so my son drove all the way there for nothing. I saved $200.00 and Lowes lost a loyal customer.

They don't take returns no store credit. Are unable to find the receipt on system. Just wanted an exchange on plants that dried up while I was on vacation. Was on this side of town and decided to stop by as it was distantly closer than the Lowe's that I normally go to in Goodyear, just to find that they were unable to help me. Horrible customer services

Do not purchase and install doors through Lowe's. My wife and I had Lowe's come out to our house to do measurements and an estimate, and then the store's installation company came out to do its measurements but they didn't fully record the measurements to complete the order. After numerous phone calls and a trip to the store, we still could not get Lowe's to complete the measurements and order to do the job. James, the job coordinator, kept promising that this would get done, but after 2 months nothing was ever accomplished. Lowe's is not the place to go for doors and door installations.

I went to Lowe's because Home Depot screwed up my kitchen reno and I figured they had to be better. All I wanted was new shutters. First they came and measured, then the shipment came and the frame was broken. Then they sent another shipment and it was measured wrong. Then they reordered it and two shipments came, and neither one was measured correctly. On the fourth attempt we were done and we requested and received a 1,500 refund. When we went to request the refund, little Teena in the shutters and shade department, and the store "manager" said it wasn't their fault. Of course, both Lowes and Home Depot have no control over their subs, so why bother going through them in the first place? Lesson learned.

DO NOT DO DELIVERY...it is exorbitant! $80.00 for a delivery and it goes up. Just have someone pick up the items for you. Quality of goods is fine but the staff have zero skills in listening or conversing with customers. I am not sure you can train people to be cordial or intuitive. A friendly, attentive demeanor will not kill you! It increases sales! Otherwise, it's ok.

1/18/23 1pm just left my 5th store today lowes on northern in glendale az. i had been to 2 other lowes stores today & 2 home depots. i needed 1 4x8 sheet of mdf cut twice lengthwise. supe josh got some help loading the 4x8 & carted it over to be cut. 20 something nick came over to do the cutting. told him twice the 2 measurements i needed & lengthwise. he got them crossed so i repeated one (1) of them & said lengthwise while my arm was going left to right/horizontal. he cuts it width wise(short side). what made it worse was as i was walking away, he wasnt smart enough to keep his mouth shut & was back talking me while he followed me. how fkn stupid is that? i turned to him & told him not to, he kept up & i said shut up, then i went to the cust svc counter & told the girl to tell josh his boy nick cut it the wrong way plus he was back talking me. who tf is he to do that?

I love the employees there but the managers don't care about communication-customer service- installing and delivery. Store director Elena said she would call by end of business day. I called after 6pm and Dawn night manager hung up on me. Called again and she said the winds are bad. I love across the street. She said she was suppose to call me. When? They blame the installers for not following through when the product was at the store the whole time. The delivery coordinator doesn't want to look up invoices or help with the situation. There is no communication after you purchase an appliance for any status. Am I the only one? I shop there more than I do grocery shopping. Maybe they don't care like Walmart doesn't and treat the customers like we are bothering them because they would rather play on their phones. Very disappointed with the customer service lately. Parking with dead trees. Been there for months blocking spaces. That store is running down fast. So sad for our neighborhood.

ANGEL truly lives up to his name! I had a great experience here with him yesterday, August 27th. I brought in my dolly that I was having issues with. Angel immediately pinpointed the problem. He was kind, respectful, knowledgeable and gave me a quick tip regarding the wheels on my dolly. Thank you for employing this gentleman and please keep him in mind for upcoming raises/promotions. It's just a strange place. Parking lot dark and lots of homeless roaming around. Been like that for a while. All they need to do is fix the lights. Can't figure out why they don't. Don't they care about their customers? Their employees? It's weird. Always seems some confusion at registers when using gift cards. Some registers can plug in sales and others can't. Employees just milling around by registers but not one found in the store to help. At registers they often seem perturbed to actually have a customer. Management there must be awful. In sum: this store needs a lot of work. Maybe they lost a lot of business with their poor political stance. It's nearly a ghost town there at night.... Probably because it feels like you're in a walking dead movie when u get out of your car in the dark parking lot. Women should not go alone at night.

Worst place to come get any of your home needs. Their customer service sucks so fucking bad and not to mention I came back twice because the first time they took an hour to get a newbie to help me cut a cutting board that he apparently didn't end up cutting anyway so the second time around I thought maybe I was being impatient but no these fuckers will not provide good customer service even the second time around the same day. I rather go to Home Depot or pay extra at a different company because Lowe's you fucking suck and your employees do too. And the employees are no where to be found it feels like I'm just walking around an abandoned warehouse. Fuck you guys
