I was thinking about purchasing a moviesac or a supersac. I went into the store to see how they looked and felt before I spent nearly $1,000 for a beanbag. There were 2 employees in the store, a woman who was assisting customers at the sactional display and a young man at the counter. Neither of them acknowledged me when I walked in. There was a man seated on one of the smaller sacs and a child lying and rolling on the other. I assume they are relatives of one of the employees because of the casual nature of how they appeared in the store. I was unable to look because they were casually lounging and would not move away from the sacs on display. I waited for a few minutes, hoping to be acknowledged and assisted; however, I was ignored completely. I left the store.

Super excited to get out order in!We were helped by Erin and she is such an amazing representative! Love Sac is very lucky to have her, she explained the product very well and we left super happy with our purchase!Highly recommend!

What an easy great experience! Being able to see the fabric options in person and test out the fills was great! It helped me make my selections easy. Customer service was professional and helpful. Can’t wait for my delivery!!

Felt a racist attitude from the manager as if I wasn't able to afford the way your financing is structured or if being black she resented our being able to afford it. However those who helped, Anna ?, who arranged my first quotes, and the young man who processed the order were both gracious and helpful.

Had an amazing experience. The employees were very helpful and made sure I had no further questions before I made my purchase. The best part was that they do not work on commission so they left everything up to me and we’re not trying to sell me anything. I made all my own decisions and am very happy with the out come. Can’t wait to get my new couch delivered.
