As a customer who purchased a sectional at Living Spaces in Glendale, AZ for $4000, I am extremely disappointed with the quality and lack of customer service I have experienced. The sectional is not even 3 years old, and already 4 out of the 6 cushions are ripping from the seam due to insufficient fabric. Despite the significant investment I made in this sectional, Living Spaces has refused to exchange it or provide any assistance in resolving the issue. Additionally, they have failed to disclose the manufacturer's name, preventing me from contacting them directly for a solution. This lack of accountability and support from Living Spaces is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect the products I purchase to be of high quality and for the company to stand behind their merchandise. The fact that Living Spaces is unwilling to address this issue or provide a resolution is deeply disappointing. I urge Living Spaces to reconsider their approach to customer service and product quality. Customers should not have to deal with subpar products and unresponsive customer support after making a significant purchase. I hope that Living Spaces will take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to rectify this situation.

I would give it 0 stars if I was able to. We purchased a sectional sofa in light grey. The sofa came in dark brown with a grey tint. The photos below back up my claim. Three employees from the store said the color is very different they blamed it on the lighting in our house . We were informed that they will not allow us to return the couch. We were also told we had to pay a stocking fee of $46, are you kidding the photos will prove in our favor. I was in touch with corporate customer service and a supervisor who informed me to buy an equal or greater couch and pay a re shipping and pick up fee. Rip off. We paid $3,066 for a grey couch if we wanted to buy another light grey couch it would cost us $5,000 with no guarantee of the color and that comment is from the sales associate. So in the end I have filed a report with the BBB, terrible review on google, Yelp and I will be contacting 5 on your side. You be the judge is it the same color of section in the photos. Honest answers please.

Hi, I will continue to write this review and let other customers know what happened to me until you guys can guarantee my full warranty back after falsifying information for a sale. Your choice. You have my number and contact information. Up until now everything was fine. We bought our couch a year ago because an our baby cat peed on the last one. We went in and asked the right questions, bought the upgrades and the warranty so we knew what we were paying for. We also trusted the company to take care of what they were selling us ( the warranty.) The associate and manager assured us if the foam accidentally got pee on it that it would be covered. A year later there was an accident and we tried to use our $500 dollar warranty with the warranty company and living spaces both saying "tough shit." Tell me what person would think that the washable fabric would be the issue? Of course I asked about this. They are now claiming that it's not covered in the warranty. Okay fine. Miscommunication but we can't even cancel the warranty that we can't even use. We can't even get our money back or credited to our account to deal with this. So they lied to us so we would get the warranty that covers nothing, then say they can't help me because it's a different company. I went to living spaces because I trusted the name, YOU GUYS sold me a warranty from a crappy company under false pretense. Then won't help me as they are screwing over the customer that you brought to them. If your reading this living spaces, you have my phone number. I'm going to leave a review everywhere I can and continue bothering you. Your not screwing me out of $4000 dollars and calling it an easy day. Your response is unfounded. You have my information, don't make it look like you are actually trying to reach a solution. The company you work for ripped off a nurse during the pandemic. Shame on you.

We spent over $20 grand on furniture for the entire house and even bought an extended warranty. 3 times within a month we needed to use the warranty because you know how it is with kids and puppies. All 3 times we were denied the use of the warranty. A couple specialty order items came broken in the box and we got busy so we didn't open the boxes until maybe 3 weeks after we got them. Because we didn't open them within 7-10 days the warranty was voided for that even though they came broke from the company. Lost out on about $500. A technician came out to look at our couch that is only 3 months old because the arm rest had somehow broke and we didn't know about it and they said we don't meet criteria. I know I probably won't get the money for the warranty back but I will never buy from living spaces again!

I really love their stuff. We bought a couch and it’s amazing, so we purchased a dining set. However, it took us almost 1 month to receive the set. One of the chairs was placed in an opened box and was missing pieces. I returned it only to wait another month for another chair in another opened box that was also missing pieces. Now somehow, they have one locally that they are shipping in 1 week and if I’m lucky I’ll have a full dining set 2.5 months after I paid for it.

I'm honestly not surprised that these people have 2 stars. They are absolutely incompetent and honestly quite unintelligent when it comes to product knowledge. Which makes sense because every answer they give you is a memorized corporate policy, or a confused frantic look around the store. They lack basic social skills and on top of everything they are downright rude. When walking in to grab a cart, it had old food (red onions) in it from an old sandwich, which stunk the area up pretty bad. My wife and I were going to spend $15k on new furniture and decor but I am so glad we went with our gut and took our business across the street to Scandinavian Designs. Jason over at SD is knowledgeable, classy, courteous and will work with you on expediting lead times and discounts. Stay away from Living Spaces, most unprofessional business I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Hope this helps, everyone take care!

Beware of purchase anything from them. There return policy Is only 7 days even if one item arrives before the other. Purchased a rug and rug pad rug pad arrived before the rug and didn't work once we got the rug. So now I have to eat the price rug pad. I will honestly never purchase anything there again . Shoppers beware!!

Sales and delivery was great. The product was deceiving. Bought bar/ wine counter. Very nice but the wine glass area where the glasses should hang is not big enough for the wine glass bases. Don’t know of any wine bases under two inches.

I absolutely love this store! The staff is always so helpful, yet not pushy or annoying. They have a really good selection and very fair pricing. I always do my research and shop around, and read a million reviews before I buy anything and I am confident that Living Spaces gives you the best value. You also have a lot of options there at no additional cost, like custom orders, where as other places charge a lot more. Overall, I highly recommend Living Spaces.

Living Spaces offers myriad of furniture styles and prices are competitive. For the fact that sales staff doesn't work on a commission bases, you can feel confident that your sales associate isn't pushing you to buy things you really don't want. I worked with Sarah and Austin, both of whom were very knowledge about products. The service has been excellent.

We were very pleased with the service we received today. We were greeted right away and asked if we needed any help. She didn't hover but circled back and was able to answer all of our questions. She knew her merchandise and store policies. We were pleased with what we bought.

I recently visited Living Spaces and I was very impressed with the store. The selection of furniture was wide and varied, and the prices were very reasonable. The sales associates were friendly and helpful, and they were happy to answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Living Spaces to anyone looking for new furniture.

My wife and kids decided we deserved new beds, since we’ve had ours for a while! So we decided to try Living Spaces! The customer service we received from Mario was unwelcoming and unpleasant! He had no customer service/sales skills and had no feedback or help to offer! Once my family and I had made up our minds and were ready to pay, Mario asked if we needed to finance our total I told him no thank you I would pay cash he stared at me and ask me again, and asked if I meant cash with a “credit card or physical cash cash” he said! I then said I’m paying cash money like bills it got to the point to where my wife also had to help explain so he understood we were paying cash! At the end of the day their volt was closed and he had to use our DEBIT CARD which is still cash! Customer service representatives or sales staff should treat ALL customers the same! I hope our bed sets are way better than the service we received their evening!
