Went in to see if they sold a repair kit for my sunglasses that I did not buy there. Jude was amazing! He looked at my glasses and said he could take care of it. He fixed the screw I was missing and even threw on some nose pads that I had lost. Phenomenal action in taking care of the customer! I bought a cleaner as he wasn’t going to charge me anything and I also set up an appointment for next Friday morning. Thank you again, Jude!

Absolutely wonderful! Jude was excellent at getting my wife taken care of! Tori, Stella, Kayla, Dina and Austin were wonderful in interacting with my two little boys while my wife was in the exam and we were waiting! Highly recommend they spot if you are looking for not only a wonderful experience on the exam, but also a remarkable level of professionalism and care with team members!

Austin has been so great to help me out with my glasses. I’m so grateful for his help and he is also very young and handsome!!! My sunglasses fell off me multiple times and he has been so great to help me out. He even had to reorder new lens and frames for me. Thank you so much for your help and being such a kind human!! We need more Austin’s in this world!!

I have been coming to this lens crafters for years and service is always very good and staff is very friendly. I recommend Rachel there. Rachel is top notch and super helpful and always goes above and beyond. She always checks what the best options are for prices and insurance coverage. I was having a rough start not because of the service. Where I got my last exam done (different company) was supposed to fax my prescription and it never came. So I had to go and come back I was already feeling annoyed. When I came back with my prescription they made it so easy. They had so many frame options to choose from. I was done within less than 10 minutes after choosing my frames. I definitely recommend this location. Everyone was super nice.

The frames I wanted were no longer at the LensCrafters i originally went to. Veronica (Park West) called this store, and they still had it. Jude helped me, and he was super friendly and accommodating. Thanks!
