This business, much like Sonora Quest, does not care about your time. There is over a two and a half hour wait for a walk in patient. That is squarely ridiculous. Try and call them... they do not answer the phone. Always... leave a message and we'll never get back to you! Look at the all the different locations, none of them have much better than a two star review. But now they have a new twist, grub hub for blood. For $35 they will come to you. Really! Isn't health care costly enough? Somebody sits in an office in a thousand dollar suit while you get to sit in a waiting room. Not right at all.

If you like Balance Billing, you'll love this place. These clowns sent me a Bill for $ 1200. My insurance company told me not to pay ... The bill mysteriously dissapeared a month later.

Walk in for employee drug screening, not enough seats to sit down. I was asked for my license by the person who drug screened me and they never gave it back. They didn't bother to call me to let me know or anything. I went back the next day for it, and they didn't even bother to apologize whatsoever. They had to scatter through stack identification to find mine. Waste of time.

Horrible… I spent three hours waiting… I asked him after two hours to come and deliver the urine test to the lady when it was my turn… because all the people who were there when I arrived and then had left… she brought me another glass to urinate… I told him I already handed over my urine…. This gives you the measure that something is wrong there…. Then a lady treated me badly and contemptuously because when I went to the bathroom I got lost and I asked her should I wait here for them to call me or should I go out and she told me I don't know, I'm with a patient... Latina finally mistreating Latinos... Because you realize the difference in treatment…. What a horror... after three hours I was almost at the point of fainting because I was fasting... I asked for my paper and I left... they told me you are next and it wasn't and I left in a very bad mood... I will never set foot in this place again…. I wasted my day, I left hay at 1:45...let's really try to do a better job as people and professionals.

Why have an online check in if they don't pay attention in it. I had an appointment then when I was there for 30 minutes they said I am a walk in and had to wait an hour. Not enough room for people to sit down and people at desk were very rude

An appointment at 10 AM, not seen until 45-50 mins afterwards. The lobby was so full of people, no seating available for elderly. When I was finally brought the back they put me in a room by myself with the computer screen on. I could see all kinds of other patients medical Information. The lack of medical professionalism, and organization is astounding.

I had an appointment and was there for an hour and a half waiting. I had to finally leave and was not seen. This lab company should never be used by you or anyone else. Please save your self and use anyone else. Do not think your experience will be different.

How is it that I had a 1130 am appointment and it's now 1pm and i'm leaving the office without even being seen. I left work early to get my blood drawn and the quoted a 30 min wait past appointment times which clearly wasn't accurate. if you're that behind on appointments then common sense would be to stop taking walk ins. Ridiculous.

Jampacked no customer service the only thing the receptionist can say check in on the kiosk they do not assist with anything and this is basically Covid central standing room only.

0 STARS!!Three times I’ve visited Labcorp at 5750 W Thunderbird Rd E580 Glendale, AZ 85306 to get a three hour gestational diabetes test done. My first visit Saturday November 18th 2023 I was having a hard time at the self check in I asked the young lady at the desk if they were doing three hour tests she said yes to choose the options for lab work. When my name was called by the young man I handed my doctors note he had me take the solution and wait a hour (this was my first time doing a three hour I didn’t know how it worked) hour goes by I ask to use the restroom he tells me they may call me back soon to take blood I questioned it saying I’m doing a three hour. He looks back at my paperwork apologizes and says I’ll have to come back another day since they didn’t get my fasting blood work before the drink. Second attempt I made an appointment Friday November 24th 2023 I was turned away because they were closing early that day didn’t have enough time for the test. Third attempt Saturday December 2nd 2023. I check in at the kiosk hand them my doctors note make sure to tell them this is a three hour. They take me to the back to get the fasting blood work done after I take the solution and they send me back to the waiting area. About 45-50 minutes later I get called back by the same young lady that took my blood (I was thinking to myself this is a little early) I sit down start taking my jacket off for the next round and she tells me unfortunately I will have to come back for the fourth time because she accidentally put my blood in the wrong tube and now we don’t have my fasting blood. I explained to her I’ve tried to get this test done three times now (missing work, 8 months pregnant) and I most likely won’t be returning. Thursday December 7th 2023 I receive an email that my results are ready which I though was odd cause I never completed it. I go into the portal to find that lab corp has reported a problem “Test not performed. Test cancelled due to patient declined to have phlebotomy performed.” Now I’m livid. This facility has waisted my time three times and has now turned around and put the blame on me and sent it to my doctor!! At this point I can do the three hour gestational diabetes test better than the staff there. I am extremely disappointed, get it together.

Every 3 months I have blood drawn. The lab workers are amazing and do their job right. The front desk sucks. Every single one of them are rude, disrespectful and act like they own the place. I understand they get busy sometimes but they should still use people skills. This morning they were messing with their radio station, fixing their hair all while a long line of people are waiting. The kiosks were down today too. It's zero stars, not even the one I have to put!
