Never shopping here again!!! Went to self checkout which is new and I’ve used it before. The lady was right on me and just kept saying it’s my job to be here. She said it like 5 times and was just literally within 2 feet of me staring at me as I was paying. Then when I got my receipt she didn’t say anything like have a nice day or anything. Just so rude and I was not thieving just spending my kohls cash like a normal human being. So rude! She could have been in the self check without being literally on me.

I liked this store. I used to love the jewelry section but that has been reduced significantly. We love the men's clothing most the time they have nice Noke shirts and shoes. The ladies area is nice but I still put most the stuff I try on back. It feels a little outdated for a me. A lot of the dresses are very plain. Almost too much. Im hoping if I go early in the holiday season to find the better jewelry. ?

Clean store, however, as typical in most of these types of stores, mens dress clothing section lacks enough size variety. With only 5% of the store dedicated to mens clothes, its very difficult to have any type of variety in clothing, or the sizes for all body types. Do better.
Update: Along with the very limited selection of mens clothes, the racks for T-shirts and underwear were almost empty.

Very rude & unprofessional customer service!! The customer service lady refused to help me with a return I had that’s less than 6months old & I had the receipt. She also had her 2 kids with her at work, they had to be in middle school.
