These guys are great from Jose who I first dealt with to Dominic who did all the paperwork and made sure I always knew what was going on with the car I had chosenthese men restored my faith in humanity I NEVER felt like I was just a wallet or dumby to be taken advantage of. Big difference from all the other dealers I had contact with, HUGE. So thank you premier auto outlet I will tell everyone I know to go to you for any used car needs without the fear of being ripped off !! You were great !! Thank you again ! I got a great deal on my 2014 fiat trekking and I am thoroughly enjoying it. Thank you !!

I purchased car 5400 may 14 and paid for registration. Well the car was stolen and recovered. Well Dominic never put car in my name so is technically still his. He basically has been avoiding me and want get the car. Since I have not I’m going to report insurance that car is still stolen since I have never seen it.As of right now I’m going to consumer issues insurance claim because the guys at the car lot do you answer one time and then hung up so I guess they were like we got your money I have I wanna see who gets the last laugh

Sold a car that couldn’t pass emissions, I had to bring the car back and wait a week for them to just reset the codes and tell me they fixed it. After constantly complaining that the ac didn’t work they removed the compressor and replaced it with a old rusty compressor and sent me on my way. After complaining that it still didn’t fix the problem they told me it was passed warranty. The car was never repaired and I’m still repairing it until this day and it has been 10 months. Don’t buy a car from here unless you know it’s in good shape because they will not fix anything in good faith. Salim on the other hand is very professional. They sales people are terrible.

If I could give no stars I would, I purchased a car from Larry, issues with the car with check engine light next morning Larry never returned call Salim had me bring car in said issue was fixed, a week and a half later check engine light back on again salesman Larry never returned call, Salim had me bring car into the dealership, they had my car for nearly a month to fix traction and transmission issues, having same issues called dealership spoke to general manager Larry let him know I had purchased a car from him, he said he was new to company explained the situation then he states he remembered me and that he would speak to mechanics and get back to me have left over 20 messages with Axel for over a week to have either general manager Larry or owner Mike to return my call to no avail. Worst customer service ever. Go elsewhere for your reliable car and customer service. Customer service can make or break your business that is why the Glendale location is no longer in business.

I will not purchase from this company. The owner has not provided me with my title and registration and it has been over 45 days. I keep getting the run around. He also sold me a car with lots of problems he never disclosed. An oil leak evident the next day after purchase. The car will not go over 40 miles in the highway after being driven over an hour. Check engine came on 1 week after purchase. So many lies and not much truth or responsibility. Do not purchase from this place.

In the market for a updated car. Have past Key West Sales and Finance and I drive in for a perk. They had a great selection, were very courteous and looking forward to close a deal within the next couple of days. I'll keep you all posted but I definitely can give them a 5 star rating for their great customer service.

BEWARE! DO NOT BUY HERE!! My daughter bought a car here on 11/14/2020. Initially the car needed a battery for the test drive. Car drove great for the test, and the rest if the evening. Sunday morning (11/15/2020) was when the problem truly started. Car wont start! Not only will it not start, the key was stuck in the ignition and could not be removed! After a Google search, I found that there was a release button hidden in under the column cover. Called dealership - sales rep that we dealt with - and they said they would send a tow truck to pick it up. Hours later, my daughter was told that their tow truck was "out of commision", and they would send a mechanic to work on it. Monday 11/16/2020, 2 very unprofessional looking individuals show up in a Volkswagen Beetle with meager tools, to address the problem. They proceeded to CUT OUT THE ANTI THEFT alarm system from the car! They just cut the wires! The "mechanics" looking dumbfounded that hadn't solved the problem then told me that it would have to be towed back to their dealership where they were "better prepared" to fix it. They left. They also left the car torn apart, and STILL not running! 11/17/2020 - Tow truck shows up - apparently a "buddy of the owner of the dealership - to pick up the car. Driver wants to literally drag the car (which is stuck in park, wont start, and the key wont rotate to release the steering, and doing so can damage the automatic transmission park interlock). My daughter offered the owners manual to the driver, to which he denied any interest. She then had to instruct the tow truck driver (someone who should KNOW this) how to disengage the gear selector - which is clearly shown in the owners manual - so the car would roll out of the narrow driveway, to be loaded. I am absolutely appalled at the ignorant individuals that are associated with this company. We are currently in the process of trying to cancel the purchase of this car. THEY CUT THE DAMN WIRING HARNESS!!!!We have taken pictures and started documenting all conversations.They are trying to fix the car, to which I'm sure the repairs will be less that satisfactory on ANY professional level. They have stated that they get "3 chances to repair the car" before we can cancel the sale. NOTE: Arizona state "lemon law" specifically states TWO chances to repair a detrimental failure on a used vehicle, not 3. Try #1 - They attempted to repair it in my driveway - FAILED. Now they have the car at their shop. This is their second attempt at repairing the same issue....11/19/20 They called my daughter to inform her that they couldn't fix the car, and that they were going to refund her money. They needed her to come down to process the return. They also asked us to remove this review. My daughter told them that when her money was returned to her bank account, we would remove the review.11/21/20 Returned to sales office to obtain the, agreed to, refund. Upon pulling into the dealership, I noticed the car. It was parked back on the sales lot - with the temporary plates STILL on it. Sales rep told my daughter that they had fixed the car, and that she could take the car or get her refund. She opted for the refund. Sales rep went to ho get his boss. Sales rep returned without the boss. Sales rep said, "Did you remove that bad review?". My daughter said, "No. You agreed to refund my money, and we would then remove the review." Sales rep then said, "If you havent removed the review, then we are done here. Have a nice day!" Then he walked off. No refund, they still have the car (claiming it is fixed), and to boot - THEY NEVER GAVE US A COPY OF THE SALES PAPERWORK!!! Failure to give a copy of the signed paperwork, to the purchaser... Sounds like fraud to me. Do Not Buy Here!!! SCAM ARTISTS!!!

BE warned.. Purchased a car cash, had issues but I knew what to do as I have experience. Paid cash in 20 minutes, waited an hour for paperwork and plate. Plate expired before I could get registration. Called and got the run around. Similar to many reviews. I have been in the business for 20 years and know the ins and outs so I applied pressure. At first it worked, seemed results would be coming. Motor went out during warranty, discussed and opted not to use their services as it was already disappointing. 3 months after paying cash, I had repaired my vehicle on my own, I finally threatened a lawsuit, state violation complaints, and to physically drive to dealer (12 minutes away) to stand there and explain to each person who came, why I wouldn't buy a car there, and they walked a new plate and registration out to my car before I got inside, title in mail next day. Not professionals. Buy elsewhere. If you already bought, don't play games, get what you deserve or get a lawyer.

We have been to over 20 car lots in the past 2 weeks. Migul was great at showing us vehicles that were what we were looking for instead of trying to up sale us he didn't pressure us and allowed us to really decided for ourselves. He got us approved for a loan quickly. Great buying experience.

Just bought a 2008 Honda fit sport. Was running late, but Dominick, and Augusto saved my spot in line with 2 other people coming to check it out today. I will leave an update on the car in the next few months but so far I am very happy (Day1). -Julio

My hubby bought our S550 in March, and the owner and him agreed to five items that were going to be repaired/replaced in writing as part of the contract. And since then only one item has been repaired. We will not giving them any further business nor recommend them. We have not had any of our phone calls returned.
