Not a convenient location for an insurance agency. Parking is not near. Office on 2nd floor. Part of the Westgate cluster. Took me 20 minutes to find the agency based on where I came into the complex.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Ken grossman is the worst, never answers my calls or messages never returns my calls or messages. Been a customer for years. By state farm.

When I called for a second claim on a windshield repair less than a week after the first, Julie was so accommodating. I'd thought I would have to pay because of the closeness of the claims. Due to the nature of the damage I thought possibly it was due to the initial repair installation. Julie straight-away called the repair company to verify work completed and arranged for a replacement. I ended up going with the same repair company as they were also so accommodating. Thanks for making this less of a hassle.

I’ve been with State Farm for many years now. I have always had very good experiences. Adam has been my own, as well as my parents’ agent, for many years; he’s always been especially attentive and helpful all steps of the way! Great customer service.

Worst insurance don’t even think to have State Farm I have water leak that damaged my kitchen cabinets and wall they not cover that which all other insurance cover that if they don’t cover water damage then why we paying for insuranceYou better read the policy that they sent to me down belowWe will not pay for, under any part of this policy, any loss that would not have occurred in the absence of one or more of the following excluded events. We will not pay for such loss regardless of: (a) the cause of the excluded event; or (b) other causes of the loss; or (c) whether other causes acted concurrently or in any sequence with the excluded event to produce the loss; or (d) whether the event occurs abruptly or gradually, involves isolated or widespread damage, occurs on or off the residence premises, arises from any natural or external forces, or occurs as a result of any combination of these:c. Water, meaning:(8) water or sewage below the surface of the ground, including water or sewage that exerts pressure on, or seeps or leaks through a building structure, sidewalk, driveway, swimming pool, or other structure; or(9) material carried or otherwise moved by any of the water or sewage, as described in items c. (1) through c.(8) above.However, we will pay for any accidental direct physical loss by fire, explosion, or theft resulting from water, provided the resulting loss is itself a loss insured.SECTION I - CONDITIONS6. What’s funny is, all these reviews about how great Ken is yet we can never reach him. The girls in the office are terrible. The only one that gets anything done is Adam. We have been SF customers for over 20 years. Our agent prior was excellent. Now, not so much. It’s really disheartening to see all of these positive reviews. Either I expect more for what we pay SF or some of these reviews are bought. You decide. My two cents, Ken’s group could careless about customer service and care more about the money we sink into his pocket. Sorry I’m not sorry.

Mary was awesome and never pushed more than exactly what I wanted. She took the time to explain everything. I never felt rushed to make a decision. On top of all that, she was super nice as well.

My agent showed genuine concern with me being covered,within my budget and matched with the maximum coverage I could get. Even If that meant going with a different carrier. The following day I signed with state farm because of my agent . Thank you .

I've known Ken for years and not only is he hilarious, he is also a great friend and an awesome businessman. He worked with me to help me understand what insurance I needed and the value behind the cost. He has helped me save money where he could and get me the coverage I needed. Because of him State farm now has my car rental and life insurance and I don't plan on going anywhere else.
