If I could give this shyster a 0-star review I'd do it.He has caused considerable financial strain on our family due to the poor service we received with State Farm for 2 1/2 years while living in the greater Phoenix area.We had moved from Austin to Phoenix and needed homeowners insurance which we bundled with our auto insurance. I added an inland marine policy for my professional music touring gear.Now you have to remember, my wife and I had an impeccable record having only filed ONE claim in the past five years and we both had an excellent motor vehicle record.Things were going great, Jerry was a friendly (maybe a little too friendly) guy and we fell for his line about how he could help us with our insurance needs.One Saturday while we were in Home Depot in Surprise we came back to our vehicle only to discover it had been victim of a hit and run.Jerry had us get him the police report which stated it was a hit and run and an UNATTENDED vehicle.They paid the claim and we got our vehicle fixed.Sometime later I called Jerry and stated I had a few small chips in my pickup windshield and could they send Safelite out to repair them.He stated that State Farm doesn't have a deductable on glass breakage and I should take my truck in and they would replace the windshield at no charge.So all is fine and good, we moved to KC and I took all of my policies into the local State Farm office wanting to get insurance on our new home PLUS auto insurance on both of our vehicles.I found out there and then that every claim we turned in to State Farm went against our record including State Farm blaming us for the hit and run of our UNATTENDED vehicle PLUS calling it a claim when he told me to just drop it off to get the windshield replaced.So folks, now our insurance rates have all doubled DUE TO THE CLAIMS that were NOT our fault which have caused us considerable financial strain.We still drive the same old 2006 Avalon and the same old 98 Chevy Silverado.State Farm agents are all crooks & are not looking out for your best interest.They all talk a big talk about their golf games and act like they're your friends but when it comes right down to it stab you in the back while taking your wallet.I had an aunt & uncle that were both State Farm agents in Glendale/Peoria in the 60's and they'd turn over in their graves to see the injustice this guy did us.So we have 4 more years of high insurance prices thanks to Jerry Johnson's State Farm lies, as if the world wasn't a bad enough place these days...William Edgar

Worst insurance don’t even think to have State Farm I have water leak that damaged my kitchen cabinets and wall they not cover that which all other insurance cover that if they don’t cover water damage then why we paying for insuranceYou better read the policy that they sent to me down belowWe will not pay for, under any part of this policy, any loss that would not have occurred in the absence of one or more of the following excluded events. We will not pay for such loss regardless of: (a) the cause of the excluded event; or (b) other causes of the loss; or (c) whether other causes acted concurrently or in any sequence with the excluded event to produce the loss; or (d) whether the event occurs abruptly or gradually, involves isolated or widespread damage, occurs on or off the residence premises, arises from any natural or external forces, or occurs as a result of any combination of these:c. Water, meaning:(8) water or sewage below the surface of the ground, including water or sewage that exerts pressure on, or seeps or leaks through a building structure, sidewalk, driveway, swimming pool, or other structure; or(9) material carried or otherwise moved by any of the water or sewage, as described in items c. (1) through c.(8) above.However, we will pay for any accidental direct physical loss by fire, explosion, or theft resulting from water, provided the resulting loss is itself a loss insured.SECTION I - CONDITIONS6. Suit Against Us. No action will be brought against us unless there has been full compliance with all of the policy provisions. Any action by any party must be started within one year after the date of loss or damage. Been insured with State Farm over 1 year. Called the office two separate times and personally talked to Ben about updating my number and address on file on Two separate occasions. He failed to do so and I am forced to call the 1800 number to get anything actually done. Poor customer service at this local office.
