ZERO chances I will ever recommend arrowhead Land Rover I ENTIRELY feel robbed and abandon. They are CRIMINAL!!! Service : I'll call and confirm on Monday Zero call even after leaving a message All they wanted was the sale review. The sale was criminal as well DO NOT EVEN CALLDO NOT EVEN THINK THEY HAVE INTEGRITY Karma ...... it always works If you don't believe me please go experience! You WILL be disappointed I hate this new vehicle it's a lemon!And they stole mine One of the worst decisions I ever made showing up at arrowhead Land Rover CRIMINALS!!!!!

I bought this HST late October stated as a clean vehicle. I was threatened by salesperson Maverick to blacklist me for taking the car away for their own illegal inspection. I had the car towed to Scottsdale and needs a general mechanic inspection as it was sold damaged on the front end bracket and air suspension blew out in 2.5 weeks. I'm a 9 time Benz owner and an SVR owner as well. I'm not blacklisted. Threats. Scottsdale RR is fixing this and the GM of Arrowhead will not take my call. You got caught Arrowhead.

I wish I could this recommend this dealership but, I can't. I purchased an Audi from them on Friday 10/20/23. It seemed like a good transaction except I didn't get a copy of my purchase agreement, and had to go down to the dealership on Monday to get one. The salesmen Steven was very friendly and helpful. The finance gentleman was not so nice when I stated I did not want an extended warranty, and asked for it to be removed/canceled. I took my newly purchased car to Audi yesterday 10/26/23 for a second key programming only to find out during a routine check that the 2 front tires are completely bald on the inside of the wheel well, and that an alignment is needed as it's unsafe. I contacted Steven and Jaguar with the video of the bald tires to see how this could have happened and how they plan to resolve this. Well I was just told today that they checked the vehicle and it "passed" safety requirements and that the tires as bald as they were are deemed "safe". I've asked to see the inspection report and they have not provided it. I honestly don't think they checked this vehicle before placing it for sale. So now I will need to shell out $1500 for an alignment and new tires on top of having to purchase a second key for $750 from Audi. How can you call yourself a luxury dealership but behave like a backlot snake oil used car lot? This is absolutely bad business, and I hope no one has to have the experience I've had with just only owning this car for a week. I regret this transaction.

very disappointing experience!!! once trade was made, I've never heard back from them again. I've texted Abram ("a sale consultant ") a few questions about the vehicle operation but that dude never bother to reply. We made an appointment at 10 am, to go over the vehicle for about 30 to 45 minutes. he showed up 40 minutes late!! and then, hardly took his time to answer my Q, he was short & got bad attitude!!! never bother to physicall go over and around the vehicle, and never even open the hood!!! totally lazy & unprofessional!!! Once they get your trade & your $$$ you'll be left in the dust

The dealership cancelled my extended warranty without informing me and put me in a different protection plan without my authorization. I found this out from the warranty company 6 months after I purchased the car. The contract they had was not what I signed and had the wrong dates! I contacted Dawn Abraham the finance manager she apologized profusely and said she didn't know how it happened and agreed to let me cancel and receive a refund but now she has not replied to any of my many attempts to reach her. I have not been successful resolving this issue with the dealership and unfortunately had to file a complaint with the Attorney General.

Trying to cancel my extended warranty but no one has response I called and emailed nothing. There customer service sucks, blows my mind how they are still in business. Take your money elsewhere they don't deserve your hard earned money.

This is the sketchiest LR dealer ever. Having owned more than 10 Land Rovers, I've never been more shocked or hassled by anyone. First they add $50,000 to the sticker price and then they call you and text you and email you for months when you clearly unsubscribe and repeatedly tell them not to contact you. Oh, and don't expect to test drive a $200,000 vehicle. Nope, can't leave the parking lot and the sales person was a complete cheeseball. I can't believe they are a Land Rover dealer. Gross. Go elsewhere if you're looking for professional service because it's not here.

BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!My wife and I went into this dealer about an hour before they were set to close. We never felt rushed and received consistent top notch service from Dustin and Joe. We had called ahead to see a particular vehicle, and when we pulled in it was already pulled up in front ready for us to look at. After our test drive, we had decided to move forward with the vehicle. Promptly, Dustin gave us their initial numbers for the vehicle. We had let Dustin know what we were willing to pay, and left it up to him and his team to make the deal. To our surprise, we were so thankful not to have to get into a haggling match. They did not nickel and dime us, and met us at our price.Also important to mention we had our 4 month year old with us and needed to adhere to a tight time schedule. They more than accommodated. This type of customer service, putting the buyer first, and willingness to move on price to make the sale is what will guarantee we will be back to purchase more vehicles though Dustin and Joe. Extreme kudos to Joe the sales manager too for allowing his salesperson to shine.
