Bought my trailer here and have always felt they had good customer service and helpful staff. I recently bought a replacement trailer fender and needed the fender light for it but they didn't have the style my trailer came with so I bought two new ones, which we ended up not using. I reluctantly bought them, because the price on each was really high. $26 ea. And when I tried to return them, and didn't install or even wire them up, I was told they don't take returns on electrical stuff. The pricing and return issue is the only reason I gave them 3 stars. Don't buy electrical stuff here unless you know you'll use it and can't find it somewhere else.

I unfortunately purchased my trailer from big Tex trailers in Phoenix, horrible experience. I went to Jackson’s trailers to purchase a spare tire and rim and the entire staff was extremely nice. Super helpful and their prices are better on parts than anywhere else. Highly recommend this place for everything trailer related.

Outstanding place to get a trailer. Very down to earth people that know their trailers and which one meets the buyers needs. Large in stock selection of many styles, sizes , and manufacturers. Highly recommend and would buy there again

Had a relatively small wiring issue on my boat trailer. Called this place on 3/28, took forever for someone to answer the phone, then was put on hold for long time. When unknown male employee came on, he basically told me in not so many words they were too busy to help me anytime this week. Suggested I contact their New River shop as they had more time availability. This is at least 35 miles from my home! I got the impression they could care less about helping me. Wow!! Helluva way to do business

One of the most effortless transactions I've ever had. Their online financing was done in 10 minutes or less, spoke to Daniel on the phone, he had my trailer ready when I got there. Signed a couple papers and away I went. Fantastic service and knowledgeable group. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a trailer.

Sold my 7x14 dual axle 2018 Cargo Express here. Jares drove out to my house in Deer Valley to pick it up got a check written out right away at the office. Very fast, express service.

I have purchased several trailers from them over the years, Always super happy with them as a dealer! My most recent was a 26ft flatbed which has been hard to find with the trailer shortage! And I was glad that they had one! As always the process was super simple and the staff is very easy going and knowledgeable! I stop in at-least a few times a year to look at trailers and they are always friendly and I always fell zero pressure to buy, which is nice with so many places having high pressure sales tactics these days. I have purchased many hard to find trailer items (couplers, lights , center caps) from them over the years and they have quite a bit on hand in the store, and if they don't have it they give you an idea of where to look. Very good dealer and great experience in countless visits to them. Looking forward to working with them again!
