Husband and I got there about opening time. They were running a little late, but only a few minutes. The gentleman working was super helpful, and explained how things worked with the bulk candies, and was happy to answer any questions. Very personable, and professional. I also love that they are working with the Make A Wish Foundation.

Every time I go to West Gate I have to stop here..lol I only purchase the container or cups when they have them when I do come because other than that it’s a rip off if u buy by the pound. My kids were looking for this certain candy from YouTube and we did find it here.

I was in here with my boyfriend getting candy today around 8:30 and as we were shopping we did get a sample of the candy we are getting (the sign in the front says free samples) as we are still browsing around a big white lady walked into to the store and was yelling across the store mentioning something about us getting a sample of the candy. 1st of all with her big self she do notttttt need to be getting loud with me at a CANDY STORE she could’ve talked to me more politely. Besides that mess of a woman, the candy is great and the other lady working at the register was very nice.

9-13-24: They were so kind, I was crying. To give you context, I am a teacher and there have been 3 national school shootings this week. I was feeling very sad (hopeless really). It’s a Friday night and I’m walking around Westgate with my son, wearing my teacher shirt. Just outside the store, an employee walks past and says “Oh, just tell them —— said to give you a free lollipop”. That was super cool, so we decided to go in and get the lollipop. My son sees some Lego shaped gummies and fills a bag with candy. We walk up to the counter to pay and the cashier says “It’s okay, he can have them.” FREE. Those small acts of kindness couldn’t have come at a better time. Thank you so much. You’ve made a customer life!

So I didn’t plan on coming into the sugar factory but I’m so glad I did! Nick (The manager) was very sweet, helpful and funny.
Then there’s Paradise (yes, his actual name) who was always smiling, helpful, and in overall a great mood. He made me a really tasty and tropical shot which I will name it after him, Paradise! :) thank you for all your hospitality the staff is overall very friendly and fun. They know how to have a great time and I love that ! Would definitely recommend. Thank you! ??

Still full of candy but service is almost invisible. We had to stand at the counter for quite a while before anyone even came out. There are quite a few great selections, but some are just over the top, I’d love to see someone eat one of those gigantic gummy bears. Prices are a bit high, but it’s not everyday I’d say people visit. Vibe is fun, but again service was MIA.
