I worked with Infinity Financial and Andrea from the processing company. They were really great and fast with getting things done for me. I would say that the biggest complaint that I had was the appraisal took much too long. It took a total of almost 60 days to close because of the appraisal. In fact, the loan was approved within a week, so if they would've picked a different appraiser, then it would be a 5 star. But rates and fees were extremely reasonable! Like, the lowest I could find!

Appreciation they say is an application for more. if i fail to acknowledge you it'll shows how ungrateful i am. I can't be less grateful to a woman who God has used in blessing me and my family in general. We have worked with Tim and Mayra for the past 5 years on our mortgage planning, and financial strategies! They always deliver world class service. I had to start off with an FHA loan when I purchased my home, but since then, my payment has gone from $2500 a month, and now down to $1692 a month. Plus, I started paying in 2013 on my purchase loan, and now I only have 23 more years, but at the lower rate and payment! So, I strongly recommend Tim's team, as they will put you in a good place, now and in the future!

Tim and Mayra helped me with my purchase, and back then, I was working full time. Then, I had a medical problem, and while I was talking with Tim a few years later, he reviewed my mortgage compared to today's rates, and was able to save me the $200 a month that I lost from not working as much! Thanks Tim and Mayra! Now we can live on more than mac and cheese! (And I love how fast they are!)
