We tried out two different mattresses and decided to purchase the second one. Jordan worked with us through pricing and financing, and delivery options. She went the extra mile and explained how the Sleep Number app worked and how to set up the mattress. “We had some misunderstandings with our flooring order and ordered the wrong floor for our house. It was a 1900 sq. ft. that was ordered and delivered. We went in the same day and AMY helped us with our problem. She took care of everything. The wrong order was picked up the next day and the correct order was delivered the following day. She is a gem, as she took care of everything including the credit for the returned flooring. It couldn't have been easier. She took care of the charges as we had to only pay for the one delivery and not for the the extra pickup and delivery charges. This is not our first experience with Floor And Decor. They are a first class company and have fantastic customer service employees like AMY. Definitely a five star ***** employee working for a five star ***** company. “The women who work here are seriously the sweetest and kindest women I've encountered at a store. My daughter and her friend went in to use a gift card for my daughter's birthday and they had gone inside before me... i entered the store and saw one of the workers talking to them and I'm like oh no. But as i got closer, i heard both kids say thank you so much and they came over to show me that the lady gave them these handmade keychains with their initials after hearing it was my daughter's birthday and that her friends birthday was at the end of the month and the lady and her shared the same bday. It was such an incredible gesture of kindness and they treat everyone, no matter their age, with such respect and care. They also have the best selection of Kendra Scott jewelry and the biggest Jellycat stuffed animals selection that I've seen!! Love this place so much”

“We purchased a patio dining table set about two years ago from this location.We chose a set made by Mallen and wanted quality, so we paid for it.Thankfully, it came with a 14-year warranty which we just used after two years of ownership.We also liked the idea that if we ever had an issue, we could work directly with the store to get things fixed.Unfortunately, we had to make a claim (no fault of Today's patio) and they quickly approved our request and sent us new chairs today.The delivery drivers (AJ (Aaron) and Jon) called ahead and showed up on time. They introduced themselves, shook my hand and were very professional. It was quickly determined what was loaded on their truck didn't pass inspection. 3/6 of the chairs arrived with damage so we're hoping the next delivery is better.I have no doubt all will work out since they have been great to work with from the start.”

When i walked in Discount Silk Flowers, i was immediately greeted and the owner helped me find flowers for my project.
