I love the manager at this location and I love Janice she is very kind and always does my hair very well and I look forward to seeing her. I went in today with my mother who is a cancer patient and her hair has grown back and she wanted a trim and I needed one as well. Janice wasn’t there but my mom got a wonderful hair dresser I didn’t know her name but she had short hair and glasses and she was very understanding and sociable and friendly. I however got a guy tattooed all over even his face and ears his name was Jai and he had a terrible vibe/energy. He called my name and didn’t even say “hello how are you today?” I sat down and he just asked me “what are you looking to do.” I didn’t know his name or get any kind of greeting whatsoever. I said I just wanted a trim and asked how much needs to be taken off he said after taking forever to look at my hair “your ends are really damaged 2.5 inches.” I was like “oh wow!” Janice never tells me this she always tells me how healthy my hair looks and how nice it is. So I said “ok let’s just do 2 inches please ans thank you.” So he starts combing my hair out and I have naturally curly hair and I also have hashimotos disease so my hair falls out A LOTT and I’m also on Ozempic which also causes it to fall out as well. He did not wet my hair down to comb through it even though he saw it was curly. Someone came in with his food and he seemed to be rushing through my trim so he could eat. He started combing my hair and it hurt really bad he didn’t say sorry or hold the hair so it wouldn’t hurt. He almost poked me in the eye with his scissors I flinched and closed my eye. He raises one eyebrow and with an attitude had the nerve to say to me “Did you not comb your hair today???????” I was in total and complete shock at how he spoke to me and I didn’t respond back and he looked at me so I finally said “Actually I washed it and conditioned it last night and brushed it while it was wet and put it in a bun after scrunching it to curly up as usual. You don’t comb out curly hair.” He didn’t respond back then he said something about how my hair will match my layers and I said ok good. I go to pay and I am expected to tip this guy?????? I only tip 3 bucks which was extremely nice and kind for how he had treated me. I should or tipped a dollar what I really should of done was not tip at all!! I told my mothers hair dresser and she told me she didn’t care for him either and nobody did and I told her the manager needs to reconsider hiring him. She asked me if I wanted to tell the manager and I said son just relay my message please. It seems like Jai didn’t know anything about how to treat curly hair and how tangled it can get when you age and have health issues. What a shame they have to lower the good energy and vibe there with this nasty rude person. He should not be working in the service industry and they really need to fire him ASAP!!!!!!

In and out in less then 30 min and i have great hair cut. Like better then the 60 dollar hair cut I got 2 months ago. Thank ladies u are rocks stars....

I walked in the store at 4:35 pm today 4/8/24
The stylist told me that my wait time is 15 minutes. After 15 minutes passed by and I remind her about my turn then she said u have to wait 50 minutes that’s a gross lie and miscommunication. I have using the same facility for about last 19 years or so.
Such worst experience and my entire family of about 20 + people also use the same location.
I will tell my family not use this location anymore
You just lost our business.???

Your check I'm policy just lost you a repeat customer today. Signed in online, checked in when I got there. Stylist was cleaning up from previous cut but no one else in the store. Some guy walks in and because his name was higher on the list, she then checked him in and took him first even though I had been waiting. Very unprofessional...but again I'm sure you have enough business that losing mine is no big deal
(Please note the same canned response from Great Clips to every complaint. Sad and pathetic)

Was my first time at a great clips ever this last tuesday. Amazing service, was in and out within 15 minutes. No issues checking in. Dawn cut my hair and did an incredible job! She was very sweet and welcoming, I will definitely be back.

This place sucks, today is Veterans Day and I told the woman that I was active duty military. The woman cutting my hair first did an awful job I asked for a mid fade and just got a line across my head and on top of that I didn’t get a discount for being military. If you aren’t going to give it take the stupid sign off the front door. Awful service this place sucks and I wouldn’t recommend a soul to go here.Service: Haircut

Not a happy customer. Grew out my hair for 5 months looking for a particular cut. Took a picture in and asked if this cut could be done with my hair. Female hairstylist said absolutely and I have over 20 years experience. Well I was shocked when she put a razor on my head and immediately shaved off my hair from the middle of my head down! I could have cried! She cut a pixie instead of long Bob! I am so dissatisfied and at a loss for words! I can not believe that I actually have to walk around with this butcher job! Please be very aware and do not go here unless you already know the hairdresser!! I am still in disbelief and to add insult to injury… I had to pay for this service!Service: Haircut

They took in walk in before me and my 3 boys who were checked in and waiting and made us wait. Then messed up on hair cut and made excuses. She then complained about my tip. Unprofessional place. Won't come back to this location
