I went in waiting for Hollie, but there was a lot of others waiting, so I was talking to Sierra and I showed her the picture of the hair cut I wanted, and I really liked her hair, she said yes, Hollie can do it, I asked her, can you do it? She said yes, so I asked her to cut my hair. SHE DID A GREAT JOB!❤️ I found my hair stylist!???

Just got my kids hair cut as a walk in. From the time I walked in, Theresa was super helpful and so friendly! Both stylists were fantastic with my kids, and not only engaged with them, but were super personable and made sure the kids were as comfortable as possible! Theresa truly was amazing and most definitely appreciated! My child already said she wants to go back to her for her next hair cut! Thank you!

If you want your long hair destroyed and looking horrible this is the perfect place to go to! I explained to the lady that I wanted 4-5 inches off and with layers, even showed her a photo example. And she gives me this horrendous haircut! She was complaining about me in Spanish (which I understood btw) made me brush my own hair, pulled on my earring without a sorry, and started complaining about me to me! If you can’t cut long hair then just say that and I’ll gladly wait for someone that can.

These 4-5 star reviews have to be from employees or friends of employees. This place is consistently one thing, terrible. Use my haircut from a woman who spoke very little English and couldn't comprehend what was written on my ticket or what I was asking for, and this woman had CLEARLY NO TRAINING. The entire time she looked clueless and afterward, not a single thing I had asked for had been done. Great Clips has some good barbers, but the company would be wise to close this location. The constant low wait times tell me 2 things: Nobody who comes here comes back, and they are losing this company money. Do yourself (and your hair) a favor and go to any other location.

I would give 0 if I could. The old lady with pink hair cut my 6 year old son's hair and it was the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE we've ever had in the salon. She talked about the vaccines I gave my son is what causes his delays (without being prompted); She held my son's head down FORCEFULLY when he started to squirm (over stimulated and crying); and then SLAPS my hand when going to wipe hair and tears from my son's chin, (said 'because she was scared of injuring my son with the scissors.') I allowed her to finish the haircut, I tipped, took my son to the car and came back to tell her what she did was absurd! I had NO issue with the haircut!!!BUT next time, SHUT UP AND KEEP YOUR HANDS TO YOURSELF!!!!She should be held accountable and I have heard nothing from this store's owner. I called corporate the day it happened and was told the owner would be in contact within 24 hours and that hasn't happened. There would be no way I would ever go back to ANY great clips and wouldn't recommend this location if they are in support of an employee who carries herself that way in business.
