Terrible outcome for my 12 year old daughter yesterday. We went in to get 2 inches trimmed off the bottom of her very straight hair, nothing else. The stylist must not know measurements because she chopped off more like 3-4 inches from the start. THEN when she was finished with my daughter, I looked it over as I always do and it was so uneven. Like I’m not professional by any means, and I could tell that it wasn’t normal. Then she tried to convince me that the rounded sides was normal because they were strands from the front of her head. Sooo, what’s the reason for the strands on the under part being so short also?? Honestly, people should just admit that they don’t know how to cut female, male, long, short, straight, curly, etc. hair. My daughter was so unhappy and that’s hard because she’s a tween and didn’t want to cut her hair anyway. I promised it would only be a 2” trim. Well, now mom has to take responsibility for someone not being upfront and honest. Also, for someone that clearly shouldn’t be cutting the simplest of cuts yet. I’ve been disappointed before at this location over the years, but this is the last time we go there. I wish I’d taken before and after pics, but I didn’t.

My hair cut isn't bad but definitely not what I wanted. I wish the hair stylist would just do what you ask for instead of giving recommendations and making you feel stupid because what u asked for isn't ideal for them. I went with my hair stylist recommendations and now I'm stuck with something I don't enjoy
Requested style: I asked for layers, she persisted that it would not look good. She told me I needed only layers in the front so I went with her recommendation, now I'm stuff with flat hair and bangs

If I could give them a zero, I would we got there at 5:30 they don’t close until 6:00 we walk in immediately told we not take people if where close at 5:30 then lock your door.. turn away custom it bad business we won’t be come back that for sure

The stylist did not listen and my trim around my ears was all chop up. Plus one one the girls was yelling at the supervisor really loud.

My stylist listened to exactly what I wanted and did just that. She was an expert on curly hair, and that definitely showed in my haircut. I love it!

I highly recommend going here!! I took my daughter somewhere else to get her hair cut and it was a horrible experience. I came here and Kayla fixed her hair. She was super nice and polite and made my daughter's hair look amazing!!
