Scheduled appt for well check and Hep B Vax. They had called me the day before to ask if I could change the appt. I let them know I could not because I had a dentist appt sched after this appt. I waited 15min before being brought back. I was told the Dr was trying to leave, so it would be quick, perfect! The Dr (not the normal female pediatrician that we've seen in the past), in the first 90 seconds accused me of having a "hostile attitude" and asked me if I wanted to switch Dr's....I was very confused as I was calmly sitting just ready for my kid to be seen. The Dr reluctantly continued with the exam and then proceeded to rip my child's hood off his head. I, of course, told him he needs to ask before doing something like that. My child has trauma and bullies that do this at school. He then let me know I needed to find another provider. GLADLY!!! My child thinks I was treated like this because I have orange hair and am covered with tattoos. Makes sense.Not a comfortable environment conducive to healingDr was not friendly, bedside manner was terrible as he "misinterpreted" my attitudeDiscrimination based on appearanceWe were then left in the exam room waiting for the hep b vaccine, we left before they came back in. I feel like they made me wait on purpose knowing I had another appt to get to. And they'll still get paid from my insurance SMH!!!

If I could rate this a zero star I would! only go to this doctors office if you want your child to be misdiagnosed and then thrown out of their practice and they keep calling us to schedule my daughters appointment and wont leave us alone!

I'm changing what I last said about this place. I did see a change in the staff, I was greeted when I arrived and was assisted quickly by the front desk worker. She helped with my request in a timely manner with no attitude. I appreciate when someone does their job well and treats me accordingly. Thank you

Without a doubt, it was the best decision I could see made, for years I took them to another clinic. And I love this clinic, the service, the kindness. The doctor is always on the lookout for his patients, even if they don't have an appointment, he is always following up on them by phone. Asking about the health of his patients. I really recommend it 100%, everything is very clean, the nurses, the receptionists, all the staff at GLANDALE PEDIATRICS AND FAMILY….

Showed up for a weekly scheduled appointment for my children and they had their doors locked with nothing posted stating why they were closed or when they would open again. This is VERY VERY POOR customer service the patients have the right to know when the doors will be opened since they never lock their doors during the day. I have been bringing my children in every Wednesday for the past 4 months for allergy shots and not once has the door been locked. When I told the lady at the front desk they should at least post when they will open the doors she replied No we don't do that and never will. I will be looking for a dr that has better customer service for their patients.

Use to be a great doctor office been going here for 3 years I'm out of my blood pressure medication and schedule a appointment for the Glendale office then get told I have to go somewhere else to see a doctor and all they say is I'm sorry we are booked I don't know when we can see you do not go to this doctor office as they don't care about their patients

Horrible, there is no nurse who can draw blood correctly, they prick you and they do not grab the vein, they bring another nurse, they prick you again and nothing with the blood. Horrible to the case, I left with two punctures and they did not manage to extract the blood for the analyzes.

Horrible they miss diagnosed my son and refused to see him were rude on seeing him on an issue that he had history with that they have treated in the past now they want him to sit in the ‘emergency room for 5 hours for something they could have done this morning that they didn’t want to be a part of all of a sudden

1.) They told my they would call me when they get my blood work back from the lab, they never called me (even though my results were ready 4 days after) I called them 3 weeks later to get scheduled. So if I never called them they would’ve never bothered getting back to me.2.) when I went in for my 2nd appointment everyone seemed clueless on why I was there. Looks like there’s no communication throughout the office, also seems like no notes are taken.3.) They had to do my EKG like 5 times4.) They will stop answering phone calls like 15/10 minuetes before the time they actually close.
