Their hours are wrong on Apple Maps, it says they’re open until 9. I walked in at 8:01 and the girl on the register was rude as hell. Gave me attitude so bad that the people in line looked shocked. I walked out and will not be returning, I’ll find another GameStop in the area.

I called GameStop for a game they did not have it couldn't find anywhere on their computer and it's not that old of a game so ended up buying it through the on my Xbox

Arthur is the entire reason for this rating. His service was exceptional, stellar, A1!! I stopped by to look at games for the Nintendo Switch. He greeted me as soon as I walked in and gave me time to look before asking if I needed assistance. He helped me find an age appropriate 2 in 1 game, explained the benefits of the Nintendo membership, and recommended a fix to get more space on the switch. I could have saved money by getting a micro SD card from Walmart but, Arthur's service was so great, I had to buy it there!

I came here Thursday night looking for a game called the last of us part one. I believe her name was Nicole who helped me. She was amazing! They didn't have the game at that location and she called 6 other places to check for me till she found one. She went above and beyond for me and I appreciated it.

Been applying to this Gamestop since I was 16 in 2018. I was kindly told workers are 18+ and to apply again then. Well, I've been activity applying to this Gamestop, 51st and cactus, and 35th and peoria since with no luck. I've tried every few months and every seasonal hiring period only to be told, "we're hiring for seasonal soon! Apply for that. " "we're currently hiring for seasonal. Apply before we aren't anymore. " "we're about done with hiring for the season. Better hurry and apply. " "sorry, we aren't hiring anymore this season. " will I'd love to prove I know anything about games but in the past 2 and a half years I haven't been able to. I hope I get the chance this season. Yes, all of my applications are in :)

Tried to do a even traid in a brand new never opened game for a different system, they said it would cost $2 but after opening it still with the original seal they tell me it would cost me $59 for the game it was $2 only for the traid what a joke never going into a gamestop again
