We use Kristi’s team 2-4 times acweek for one hour visits each to let our two dogs get some free time when I need to be at the office. The dogs love them all and her team sends a summary snd pics from each visit. We also hired Kristi for in home training for our hard pulling Brittany. Kristi is sn exceptional trainer with and the training is proving well worth it.

My wife and I have been very impressed. originally rescued a Brittany in Sept 2023. Rueben was almost a year old and crate trained, so that was no issue in my continuing to work a hybrid schedule working from home and at the office. Then we rescued our puppy Opal in December and life got a lot more complicated. I located Kristi through Yelp and she initially did an in-home site visit and provided me with all of the necessary insurance documentation on her end. I have someone come in 2-4 times a week for an hour each visit to give the dogs sufficient out of crate time. Everyone from Kristi's crew have been great. They text me when they arrive and when they leave, along with pics from their visit and a short summary of their stay. We also just hired Kristi for some in-home training for Rueben, who is a hard puller when walking and a counter surfer. It's evident just in spending 10 minutes with Kristi that she knows what she is talking about. She's been providing invaluable advice and pointers. Rueben is a challenge, but I'm confident if we follow her training we'll have Rueben behaving his best.

Oscar has always had a wonderful experience with Fur Babies and Friends! I can feel the love for him from their messages and pictures and I can be reassured he is well taken care of while our family is not at home.

FurBabies & Friends are incredible! We booked them to take care of Sarge (He is a Germanshepard/Husky mix who is 10.5 years old ) Our trip was 9 days long so we wanted Sarge to be home and enjoy his own space. Kristie came to our house and met our family and Sarge. She was so personable and answered all my questions. (Sarge loved her too) Kristie then put together a schedule of who would visit each day and what time. Fast forward to the dog sitters—the team was amazing! We had a group text that we communicated with each other throughout the week. Each visit included a walk, playtime, and feeding. I was also provided with daily updates….pictures, videos, and texts about how each visit went. I am so grateful for meeting Kristie and her company. I was able to truly relax and enjoy my trip because I knew Sarge was in great hands. I highly recommend FurBabies & Friends for your upcoming pet needs

Kristie and her team of Fur Babies & Friends have been caring for our golden retriever Jazzy for 5 years. Jazzy Ted and I love Kristie! It is hard to describe how magical Kristie is with dogs. Our friends and neighbors and repair people are always in awe of what a loving happy dog Jazzy is. At almost 6 years she is still rambunctious and yet well mannered. Goldens are not easy to groom yet Kristie and Mike always make her a happy well groomed dog. Kristie tells me she loves jumping on the grooming table for her turn.When Jazzy was just a year old I fell from osteoporosis and broken bones. Paramedics and Kristie were called. Paramedics said Jazzy was aggressive. Kristie bit back with there isn't an aggressive bone in that dogs body. Her mom is on the floor her Dad is out of town and her house is full of people she doesn't know.Kristie Halverson and her team are the best of the best. I trust Kristie absolutely.

Kristie has been amazing with teaching us how to train our golden retriever puppy! We just finished the puppy basics. It is a learning experience but Kristie has been able to put our minds at ease with a lot of things, such as resource guarding and etc. Her training theory is being respectful, consensual and holistic. Before reaching out to Kristie, we noticed there were a lot of conflicting theories online and a lot of tips were not suitable for our boy. We will certainly continue seeking guidance as he grows and will use grooming services! Kristie will provide you a lot of great tips and suggestions, we are very happy with her and highly recommend!

Kristie and team are incredible! She provides such great services and is hands on! We found FurBabies and Friends in late 2021 / early 2022 after we rescued Brownie, our Chihuahua/Cocker mix. Kristie’s training style, using positive reinforcement, was so so helpful and successful with Brownie! He had been living on the streets for some time and then fostered by a rescue organization, but still had a huge fear of people and was very aggressive towards them. To say that Kristie transformed him is an understatement!! Brownie is now so much more trusting and comfortable with others. The change is remarkable!We also have taken advantage of FurBabies & Friends’ pet sitting services. Kristie and her team are professional, caring and respect one’s home by providing such great care and love to Brownie and also our older dachshund named Spunky.In summary, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kristie and her company for any needs you have whether training, overnights or drop-ins.

Kristie has been amazing with confidence building with my fearful dog. There was noticeable progress in just a couple sessions. It’s like having a completely different dog now! She’s also extremely patient and works with my dog when doing services like nail trims.

Skylar LOVES Kristie and her dogs, especially Apollo! We get pictures, videos and text updates the whole time she is with Kristie. Skylar has so much fun while she's there that we say she's on her own vacation. She comes home tuckered out like she had a weekend trip to doggy Disneyland.

Most excellent pet service around!! We started when during a walk, my husband fell and twisted his ankle. They were fast and reliable to take over. Our dog, Dex absolutely loves all the walkers. That alone tells me they all treat him as there oWe have been using this great service for almost 2 yrs!!

I have utilized FurBabies & Friends three times now for extended care for my two high energy Vizslas. Jeff was my dog sitter for each trip and he was amazing. I was very impressed with how much he communicated with me via photos and texts. I never felt concerned about my girls with Jeff constantly communicating with me multiple times per day. I highly recommend this business for peace of mind while away from your fur babies.

We rescued our pup in November from a terrible situation. She was 7 months old and had zero socialization, never been on a walk, a leash, couldn't use a doggy door, never rode in a car, she was completely locked up. We found Kristie and with her, Simba, and Apollo, they transformed our little girl. We participated in group classes as well as in home training with Kristie. We knew we needed a female trainer who was kind, patient, and gentle. Kristie was the perfect choice for us and our little girl. We are eternally grateful and appreciative for what she did for Ellie, building her confidence and teaching us how to be the perfect parents for Ellie. My dog Jack is a rescue. He was aggressive and nervous around other dogs making it very difficult to take him on walks. After attending the sessions with Kristie, I can now confidently take him on walks, and enjoy doing so, as he has become much more calm when seeing other dogs. I took the private class in addition to the regular sessions. The sessions and classes helped me learn how to properly lead my dog, and encourage good behavior. Thank you Kristie!!
