Switching from this pharmacy after the pharmacy tech was rude. Last night was the worst experience I have had. This young girl definitely needs training.

Pharmacy always opens late, varies hours without notice, is closed from 1-1:30 for lunch (officially). 12:55 - 1:40 more practically. Drive thru only open periodically. Never calls about scripts, not even automation. Nothing.

Recently switched all my major monthly prescriptions to Walgreens auto delivery. The reason for this is because a couple of the older female pharmacist need a bit of training on being professional. Every time I call here they make me seem like a both for asking questions. Had to go to the doctor today and had to fill my prescription here and I definitely did not miss being treated like an inconvenience when I need my medicine. My visit and phone interactions on 10/19/22 have validated why I no longer use frys as my main pharmacy. Walgreens pharmacy technicians are so much more friendly and never make you feel stupid for asking if your perception is ready. That’s all.

Worst pharmacy ever!!! My Dr. E-sent my prescription over about 8 am, at 1pm the pharmacy said they just got it come back in 15 minutes. I left and came back 2 days later only to be told it would be ready in 4 days insurance of some sort. Came back a week later n was told in was supposed to be ready tomorrow, but come back in 15 minutes! Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service and completely incompetent work staff!!!!! Dr Patel and his staff do not care about any customers we’ll being!!!! It’s a good thing I didn’t need that medication immediately so I transferred it over to Safeway…

For the most part pharmacy are on it. The only problem I would say that I have had is from my primary care doctor getting the prescriptions in but not from the pharmacist.

Debra and Jacob were very helpful as always at checkout. I always like to check out with these two awesome employees. They scan correctly every time and make sure the checkout is as quick as possible. There never really any long lines at the checkout which is very nice, all of the staff is very friendly. The store is always clean and makes sure there are carts available and not all around the parking lot. I love this frys!

We’ve been with this pharmacy for three years now. They don’t return phone calls. More than half the time, they don’t notify you when your RX is ready. There doesn’t seem to be a shortage of staff behind the counter so I’m unsure as to why the service is so bad. Looking forward to changing pharmacies soon.

For 7 years since Fry's pharmacy put in their drive through it hasn't been functioning correctly since installed. For the past 7 months when I attempt to use the drive through it's always closed. I contact either the store manager or assistant manager and they aren't aware the pharmacy has chosen to close the drive through. I pay for their discount pharmacy card through GoodRx as Fry's will not accept the free one you can get from GoodRx which is wrong. What's the use paying almost $40 yearly for a discount card if the drive through is never working!Since COVID-19 hit and Fry's announced they will no longer sterilize the carts I won't take a chance touching counters, pin pads, carts or handles in the refrigerated parts of the store.I have brought my complaint to pharmacy technicians, pharmacists, managers, district managers and even Kroger Corporate and nothing gets fixed correctly and I am unable to retrieve my items necessary for life. This is unacceptable. As a fully disabled person who must rely on services to be up and running this locations pharmacy is awful! The Walmart up the street will be getting my business both grocery and pharmacy because in 7 years the two drive through lanes at Walmart have never been "down, broken or at the whim of the pharmacist closed." A customer is worth approximately $7,500 a year in grocery and pharmacy purchases that Kroger/Fry's will now lose from this customer and I will be sure to inform my friends and neighbors of my poor experiences at this location and their useless drive through window.Don't shop this location. Let it dry up and blow away in the wind. Safeway, Walmart can easily accommodate your grocery and pharmacy needs. Let poor customer service and broken equipment be your reason to not shop Fry's at 43rd and Bell Rd. By taking your dollars elsewhere to shop where services are provided and broken equipment fixed quickly (not like 7+ years) that will send a financial message right to the CEO about how poorly the Phoenix Division is being run.

I called Friday to get my prescription transferred. I work four tens, so Friday is my day to take care of things. I called Sunday after it had been 48 hours since my request, and the first lady said she has nothing ready, said she'll check their transfers, and put me on hold. I was on hold 5 minutes, so I hung up and called again; checking a computer for something like that does not take 5 minutes. The next lady said they tried to get my script but were informed I have no refills. I told her that's not true; my doc just sent a new script that I am able to login and see 4 refills of online. So, I gave her the phone number again and asked if she can please get it filled today because I called initially 48 hours ago, and no one called to inform me of the issue with my transfer which other pharmacies so courteously do. I told her I work tens and can't make it there again til next Friday. All she said was transfers take 24 to 48 hurs. What horrible customer service. I've gotten scripts transferred same day, for one, so it is within human limits, and if this were the company I work at, we would do whatever it takes to make the upset customer happy especially if we did not provide the best customer service. Very dissapointing.

This review is specific to the pharmacy. Although we do most of our routine shopping at this store I wanted to specifically recognize the pharmacy and staff. Recently changed our health insurance to United Health Care... They are associated with OptumRx mail delivery pharmacy. I priced my prescriptions for a 90 day supply and OptumRx price was $160 which is exploitative and bordering on extortion. I searched for prices on GoodRx... They listed Fry's pharmacy with membership ($36/year individual membership) at $40 for the same supply WITHOUT using insurance. Needless to say I am not impressed with nor confident in United Health Care as a provider but you need insurance so... A special thank you to Susan and the rest of the pharmacy staff for their patience and diligence.

Love this Fry's. Been going here for 20+years. I love that it is smaller than the Fry's Marketplace. I don't have to walk a half mile to get milk or eggs. The pharmacy is great. My only complaint is the Floral Dept doesn't always have things priced.
