The store is amazing staff is always helpful. However some of the pharmacy staff isn't always the nicest. In the past when I've called to see when my medications will be ready because Iam human and sometimes forget to write it down.I was snapped at and hung up on. This has happened a few times. No longer using this fry's pharmacy.

Went to this Frys Pharmacy because my insurance recommended it for a TDAP Vaccine because my wife is pregnant.Asian pharmacist lady rejected my desire to be vaccinated as recommended by my wifes OBGYN and my own doctor.i did not have a prescription on hand because i was told it wasnt necessary.Asian pharmacist lady disappeared for 5 minutes to GOOGLE TDAP vaccine recommendations, and came back and told me theres no reason for a husband to need a TDAP vaccine because my wife is pregnant ALSO says that GOOGLE says my pregnant wife didnt need it either!!! (she already had it done at her OBGYN office)This pharmacist is dangerous and is going to kill someones baby with whooping cough because she refuses to administer a vaccine!!!I went down the road to CVS and they gave me the TDAP vaccine no problems.

They are in no hurry to fill prescriptions. I am on my 3rd day waiting. Yesterday I was in the store getting some produce,so I thought I would see if my prescription was ready. It wasn't but they could have it ready in 15 ...20 minutes. I said I would be in tomorrow I would get it then. It is now the end of tomorrow and it still isn't ready.

Had been going there for 15+ years. Management void of any good customer service. I’ve stood in line for 10-15 minutes with them (several times) seeing me but not recognizing that they’d even be with me in time. Very apathetic.Never auto call anymore. Often taking more than 24 hours to fill any prescription

The worst management of any frys I've been to. It's the first of the month they know the money counter will be busy, the line is out the door. The manager really doesn't care. My suggestion.. go to a different frys

The people working here are nice enough, but it's unclear to me why it takes several days to fill a prescription. Been coming here for a few months now and it's always 3 days minimum before my script is ready

With changing primary care/endocrinologist medical offices, etc., Kelsey and team have been REALLY HELPFUL- friendly and professional in helping me out, explaining and getting us through a few conundrums!

This place lacks organization and customer service. Very rude and full of excuses on why they take 2-3 days to fill a prescription. It’s been like this for months. The lady who works the drive thru acts like she hates her job and moves at a snails pace. I shouldn’t have to show up or call to get them to start filling my medication. I asked the pharmacist what happens when you need your meds same day. He stated that you have to come inside and wait 30 minutes to get meds filled that day. They don’t read notes doctor sends with prescriptions because mine stated to fill ASAP. They need to find new staff for this pharmacy.

GM Kelly and his supervisors are beyond the level of imbecile. Lisa mishears what employees say and then takes them to Kelly to get ganged up on and told that they obviously don't want to be at work and need to stop asking to leave early when the employee hasn't even requested anything of that such. They have no regard for their workers and expect them to drop everything and stop time for them. It's a 2 way street, your employees worlds don't revolve around your bull. It would be nice to actually feel like the employer gave a rats a** about their workers the way they expect and assume the workers to care about them. Also think Kelly is full of s*** for approaching me and said worker after Kelly told the worker to go home and come back Thursday to pick up their check and Kelly says to us "young man, are you still working or are you done?" The worker requested time off because his grandma passed of covid this week and Kelly told him that he won't "let him" go and "if" he did he wouldn't need the worker anymore because he'd have hired a replacement and then told the worker to go home and come back Thursday for the check because Kelly would not be scheduling the worker anymore if said worker would be going on the memorial trip. Kelly also acts like we have planned to have a death in the family 2 weeks after the worker starts working, COVID has proved that nobody can control things of this matter. Kelly is not compassionate to his workers and has continually allowed himself and his department supervisors below him to haze said worker because he has a baby on the way and has held that joy over the workers head. Kelly is also full of b******* because this is Arizona and it's hot. He and 2 other supervisors claim that the worker said he had a baby shower to attend on a WEDNESDAY at 4PM, And requested to leave work 3 hours early to attend. Who in their right mind would even host a baby shower in the middle of the week at 4pm? And who in their right mind would even attend when most have children to take care of after work and school in THE MIDDKE OF THE WEEK?! This store has been on the downhill for over a decade now and this experience while simply trying to make a living is the most discouraging. Frys needs to do better at placing better quality and better qualified individuals in management and supervisor positions. Absolutely sad, and completely laughable.

In a matter of 10 minutes I witnessed the pharmacy fail 3 different people in front of me. It was almost comical how bad the train wreck was. First, there was a line down the aisle and only one window open with a ton of workers behind the counter. I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt and say that they were filling orders but the people in front of me, all whom said they received calls or texts that their prescriptions were ready, were told that their medicine was not actually ready and they would need to come back.Luckily for me I was getting some OTC stuff but I couldn't help but feel bad for these people. The staff seemed really incompetent.

I love fry's most importantly because they carry boars head which is the best brand for deli meats. Their produce is also fresh and great quality. They have have great deals almost everyday. When soda is on sale it's a steal. Also great sales on produce like avocados and strawberries. I have seen milk and orange juice go on major sale. Employees are always nice.

Employees are miserable @starbucks the woman with black hair told me to go somewhere else, which I will! I bag my own groceries because the young kids are to busy talking to each other and don't care about their customers. 1 star because the gentleman in Self check out is great. I'd give him more stars . Management doesn't train their staff on courtesy, friendliness,a smile is FREE and will make you happy :)

Omg I can’t believe how ignorant they’re. I called for my prescription. She asked me 3 times for my birthday and name. My doctor sent my prescription but they kept on saying they don’t have it. Disappointed. I would never get my medication frys pharmacy.

I have been going to this frys for a couple years now and about half the time we wind up having to bag our own groceries. We get it, the workers are busy, so we never make a fuss about doing it ourselves. At the end of the day we all want to get our stuff and be done. Tonight was a COMPLETELY different story. We saw one of our regular cashiers. He's a sweet man. He asked the girl to our right MULTIPLE times "Madison, I need help". She completely ignored him three separate times as she proceeded to fold bags onto the plastic bag holder. She literally stood there ignoring the cashier as we bagged things ourselves. She never offered to help. He finally raised his voice louder and said again that he needed help. She finally says "help with what?" She then comes over and scans two large items at the bottom of the cart. She gave the scanner back and said "have a good day". As she walked away (to the checkout line right next to us to continue folding bags) the cashier said again " Madison, I needed help bagging groceries". Again, she ignored him. I asked for the manager, Cody, and politely explained what happened. I'm not one to make a big deal but I had to let the manager know. He looked me dead in the eye, said she is his responsibility, and said "he can talk to her about it". I can't speak for how issues get corrected at this location but I'm almost 99% sure he won't do anything about her performance. Again, I don't have an issue doing what I can to get things done and go but I just could not believe her disrespect for the co worker, the company, and the customer...not to mention the appearance of laziness. This has been one occasion out of so many that I've been neglected (usually due to not enough staff, which I understand) to bag my own groceries so I guess if you take anything from this review it's, I guess, don't expect much from the employees that bag. From this evening it's starting to become more of them not wanting to than not being able to and the manager doesn't seem to care. Also, don't expect much from Madison. I've seen her before at self checkout and she isn't the most polite. Maybe it's a fluke. Maybe not. I'm still figuring out if I'll be back to that location.
