Called and asked if doctor sent prescription. They confirmed and told me it’d be an hour. I waited an hour and a half just to be sure as I needed to get back to the office. Brunette girl with a real bad attitude wearing a chin diaper barked, “I said an hour and a half.. it’ll be another 30 minutes.” at me. That’s.. two hours by my math. Do better.

Couldn't access appointment. Their system is not good. So I went to Safeway. Didn't have an appointment, but no one snapped at me to say, "Book your appointment online!" Yes, she snapped!! Rude person. Same happened to Hubby! He went to Walgreens.

Although this is the closest Fry's to my house, I avoid it and drive to the Fry's on Lake Pleasant. The selection there is much better, the store is much cleaner, and they have removed the filthy plastic screens in the checkout area. I will not shop at this location until they remove those dirty plastic screens. Why bother to upgrade ventilation in the store when you put up plastic screens which impede airflow in the most congested area of the store? Everybody just pokes their heads around to talk to the cashiers; they do absolutely no good.

Watch out. Fry's pharmacy has changed its pricing. They have dropped GoodRX & increased prices for the same drugs. This pharmacy has also changed its staff. And the friendly, competent, well educated people are disappearing one by one. So now I'm dealing mainly with incompetent, uneducated kids who lack communication skills, have no understanding of pharmacuticals or care for customer service. Needless to say, I'm looking for a new pharmacy. (updated 6/26/22)Old Review (prior to 6/2022)I'm so thankful for all of the employees here at Frys Pharmacy at 67th & Happy Valley. It's a great place and a great addition to my care team. They monitor my medications and make sure I'm safe and have everything I need. They are compassionate & truly care. I wish I could remember everyone's name to thank. Mary is the pharmacist there who really knows her chemistry and physiology and how it all applies to the body. They take their time to talk to me and call me at home when needed. I feel very safe and well taken care of here. Thank you!

I was having trouble with my new Medicare Part D insurance, who wouldn't fill a prescription I've had for years for a chronic condition, due to some technicality on their side. Meanwhile I was running out. I made 1 call to this pharmacy, and ABBY went to bat for me, called the mailorder prescription house & got the Rx transferred here locally, and within 1.5 hours had my meds ready for pickup. Now I can fight with the insurance company without worrying about not having my medication.THANK YOU, ABBY, and to any other pharmacy staff involved!

The store is poorly stocked, nobody working at the front customer service desk and one cashier. We get in line with the single cashier and a female who appears to be a manager opens another check out line. We got in that line and I nicely asked her if they were short handed and she snaps back at me that they aren't and why would I ask. She was very nasty and rude. Apparently they no longer need the tens of thousands of dollars that our family has spent there over the years. Customer service is a thing of the past.

THEY DO NOT HAVE APPLE PAY. The website states they do but when I arrived and proceeded to checkout I had to return all of my items by myself then leave. I will never return.

Every time I shop at this store I get charged incorrectly for 1 or multiple items. And when I bring it to their attention (waiting in line at customer service and wasting time) they shrug their shoulders and don't care that it happens constantly. There are never enough cashiers and some of them are rude when you ask them a question. Management there runs the store very poorly. They need an overhaul in their leadership and vision!

On my recent Fry's trip this weekend I had forgotten my ID in my car so when I got to check out I remembered too late. I had a full cart of groceries including wine so when she asked for my ID I said can you just ring it through and hold it then I can go grab my ID. The cashier completely ignored my requests then proceeded to take the wine back. I said can you at least hold it for me to come back in to purchase and again she ignored me. Telling the bagger to put it back on the shelf. I'm a 40+ woman so not that I'm trying to get under aged alcohol just wanted her to hold for 2 mins while I grabbed my ID. I then went to my car dropped off all groceries then had to go back to the store shelf to pull the wine again to purchase. The complete lack of customer service was shocking. I won't be using this Fry's again.

This location is always out of hot wings. Always. It sucks the only reason I come here is for the creamy Italian dressing that's it and maybe the gas discount occasionally. This location sucks.

I am sickened today to learn that Frys will require PROOF of an experimental shot in order for employees to breathe air without a mask on. Sick!!! Your employees have put up with not breathing for a YEAR! This is over. They do not have to share their personal medical choices with you. I hope they start suing you. I have been a loyal customer for a year because you left me alone without a mask. Now this?!? This is America! We do not have to participate in medical experiments! Shame on you Frys. I'm not coming back until you honor your employees God given rights.

Why would you put doors on every literal space in the store? Every shopper will now touch their mask and then all the handles that never get cleaned creating a terribly unsanitary space. I think the masks are causing people to lose brain cells. Basic rules of hygiene and sanitation still apply and someone has decided to do the exact opposite. This poor choice makes me wonder what other poor hygiene happens behind the scenes at this store. You are causing more harm to your staff and patrons.

Who stops giving rain checks when they advertise and the item is gone the same day??? Frys Does! Plus the attitude when asking why they don't anymore! It surprises me that people still shop here. Guess I'll go back to Albertsons and Safeway. They are customer oriented unlike FRYS. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT
